200 Market, also known as the Black Box, [2] is a 19-story high-rise commercial office building in downtown Portland, Oregon, United States. It was completed in 1973 and certified LEED Platinum in 2010. It was the first multi-tenant building in the U.S. to be LEED Gold-certified, in 2006. [3] [4] [5]
The building has 18 floors for tenants and a total of 400,000 square feet (37,000 m2) [6] with 19,000 square feet (1,800 m2) per floor. [7]
The Standard Insurance Center, originally the Georgia-Pacific Building, is a 27-story office building in Portland, Oregon. Completed in 1970, it currently serves as part of the headquarters of The Standard, the brand name under which Standard Insurance Company and other subsidiaries of StanCorp Financial Group, Inc., do business. Standard also owns the 16-story Standard Plaza, located two blocks south along 5th Avenue.
Moda Tower is a 24-story office building in Portland, Oregon. At 308 ft. (94m), it is Portland's tenth-tallest building. Health insurance company Moda Health is the primary tenant of the high-rise. Unico Properties purchased Moda Tower in 2018.
One Campus Martius is a building located in downtown Detroit, Michigan. It began construction in 2000 and was finished in 2003. It has seventeen floors in total, fifteen above-ground, and two below-ground, and has 1,088,000 square feet (100,000 m2) of office space. The high-rise was built as an office building with a restaurant, retail units, space for Compuware and a fitness center, as well as an atrium. The building now has Rocket Mortgage, Microsoft, Meridian Health, Plante Moran and Compuware as its major tenants.
555 Mission Street is a 33-story, 147 m (482 ft)[A] office tower in the South of Market area of San Francisco, California. Construction of the tower began in 2006 and the tower was finished on September 18, 2008. It was the tallest office building constructed in San Francisco in the 2000s, and is the 25th tallest building in San Francisco.
650 California Street, also known as the Hartford Building, is a 34-story, 142 m office tower on the northwestern edge of San Francisco's Financial District. The tower is located on California Street on the edge of Chinatown, and not far from 555 California Street. 650 California is visible from every direction except from the southeast, where the Financial District skyscrapers block the view.

The back of the building is situated on Broadway, diagonally across Broadway and 53rd from CBS's Ed Sullivan Theater, home of The Late Show with Stephen Colbert.

The Brickell World Plaza, also known as 600 Brickell, and formerly known as the Brickell Financial Center, is an office skyscraper in Miami, Florida, United States in the downtown neighborhood and financial district of Brickell at 600 Brickell Avenue. The former Brickell Financial Center Phase I, the Brickell World Plaza is a 520-foot (160 m) skyscraper, one of the tallest buildings in Miami. 600 Brickell is located between the Sixth Street and Seventh Street Metromover stations.
The Ardea, formerly 3720, is a 30-story 99.06 m (325.0 ft) apartment skyscraper in the South Waterfront district of Portland, Oregon. The building was completed in March 2009, however was turned over in phases allowing occupancy beginning in August 2008. The Ardea was developed by Gerding Edlen, designed by GBD Architects, and constructed by Hoffman Construction. The building was initially designed to be a condominium building but was converted to apartments after the Portland housing and condominium supply outstripped demand. The Ardea joins John Ross Tower as the seventh tallest building in Portland.
Three PNC Plaza is a 361 ft (110 m) tall skyscraper in Pittsburgh, Pennsylvania. It was announced on December 19, 2005 and completed in 2009 with 23 floors. It was the tallest building constructed in the city since Highmark Tower was completed in 1988, until The Tower at PNC Plaza was completed in 2015. It contains 326,000 square feet (30,300 m2) of office space, a 185-room Fairmont Hotel, and 28 condominium units. The $179 million project created 800 construction-related jobs with a $35 million payroll. Thirteen buildings were demolished to make way for the building.
Oregon Health & Science University's (OHSU) Center for Health & Healing is a 412,000-square-foot (38,300 m2) medical building in the South Waterfront district of Portland, Oregon. It is connected to the main OHSU campus on Marquam hill by the Portland Aerial Tram.
First & Main is a 17-story, 210.34 ft (64.11 m) office tower in downtown Portland, Oregon, at First and Main streets. The building was completed in 2010 at a cost of $100 million with Hoffman Construction Company as the general contractor for developer Shorenstein Properties.

The World Trade Center is a three-building office complex in Portland in the U.S. state of Oregon. The main building, One World Trade Center, is a 17-story office tower that is the fifth-largest office tower in Portland with 474,867 sq ft (44,116.6 m2). Completed in 1977, One World Trade Center is 230 feet (70 m) tall and is topped by a heliport. The complex is operated by the World Trade Center Properties and is the headquarters for Portland General Electric. There is also a 220-seat theater, known as the World Trade Center Auditorium.
Telus Sky, is a 60-storey, 222.3 m (729 ft) mixed-use skyscraper in downtown Calgary, Alberta, Canada. At completion in 2019, the structure building became the third-tallest building in Calgary behind Brookfield Place East and The Bow. As of July 2020, Telus Sky is the 18th tallest building in Canada, though several buildings in Toronto exceeding its height are under construction including The One.
The World Trade Center, Chennai is a 28-storeyed commercial and residential centre in Chennai, India. Located at Perungudi, it was made operational in March 2020. The centre consists of 170,000 square metres (1,800,000 sq ft) of office space. The complex also includes a conference/exhibition centre. The towers are IGBC LEED Platinum and USGBC LEED Gold certified. The centre is a member of the World Trade Centers Association (WTCA). Tower A of the WTC complex is the tallest commercial establishment in the city.
NV is a 26-story residential high-rise in the Pearl District in Portland, Oregon. Formerly known as The Overton, the 272-foot (83 m) tower opened in 2016.
1 Bank of America Center is a 484-foot (148 m) tall office high-rise in Charlotte, North Carolina. It is the 9th-tallest building in North Carolina and was completed in 2010 with 32 stories. With 746,152 square feet (69,319.8 m2) of leasable space, it is the 10th largest office building in Charlotte. It shares a second-story atrium with the adjacent Ritz-Carlton Hotel and is connected to the Bank of America Corporate Center by two skybridges, as part of the Overstreet Mall.
