The 2010 CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament (CIT) was a postseason single-elimination tournament of 16 National Collegiate Athletic Association (NCAA) Division I teams.
Fifteen of the selected teams were from a pool that are not invited to the 2010 NCAA Men's Division I Basketball Tournament or the 2010 National Invitation Tournament. [1] The 16th team was South Dakota, the champion of the 2010 Great West Conference Men's Basketball Tournament.
The tournament began with first-round games March 16–18, 2010. Quarterfinal action continued on campus sites on March 22, and the tournament concluded with the championship game on March 30. The Appalachian State Pacific game was scheduled for Thursday, March 25, due to Pacific being snowed in at the airport after the Northern Colorado game.

The Western Kentucky Hilltoppers men's basketball team is the men's basketball team that represents Western Kentucky University (WKU) in Bowling Green, Kentucky. The Hilltoppers currently compete in Conference USA. The team's most recent appearance in the NCAA Division I Men's Basketball Tournament was in 2013. Rick Stansbury was announced as the team's current head coach on March 28, 2016.
The CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament (CIT) is an American men's college basketball post-season tournament created in 2009 by Collegeinsider.com. In 2012, it expanded to 32 participating teams. In 2016, 2017, and 2019 the tournament featured 26 teams. The 2018 tournament had 20 teams. The tournament is oriented toward schools who did not get selected for the NCAA or NIT tournaments. The tournament was canceled for the 2020 and 2021 seasons due to the coronavirus pandemic.

The 2011 CollegeInsider.com Postseason Tournament (CIT) was a postseason single-elimination tournament of 24 NCAA Division I teams. The CIT began with 12 first-round games. Four of the teams that won first-round games advanced to the quarterfinals, while the other eight teams played for the right to advance to the quarterfinals in the second round March 18–19. The announcement of the 2011 field was made on March 13, 2011.
The 2012 National Invitation Tournament was a single-elimination tournament of 32 NCAA Division I teams that were not selected to participate in the 2012 NCAA Tournament. The annual tournament began on March 13 on campus sites and ended on March 29 at Madison Square Garden.
