The 2010 Iranian Futsal 1st Division will be divided into two phases..
The league will also be composed of 20 teams divided into two divisions of 10 teams each, whose teams will be divided geographically. Teams will play only other teams in their own division, once at home and once away for a total of 20 matches each.

Iranian football's 2nd division is the third-highest football division overall in the Iranian football league system. Before 2001, the 2nd division league was the second-highest division in Iranian football league system, however, this was changed to third-highest division when Iran's football structure officially became professional.
The 2009–10 Azadegan League was the 19th season of the Azadegan League and ninth as the second highest division since its establishment in 1991. The season featured 19 teams from the 2008–09 Azadegan League, three new teams relegated from the 2008–09 Persian Gulf Cup: Payam Mashhad, Damash and Bargh Shiraz and four new teams promoted from the 2008–09 2nd Division: Sanati Kaveh, Foolad Novin, Mes Sarcheshmeh and Naft Tehran. Gostaresh Foulad replaced Niroye Zamini while Iranjavan replaced Moghavemat Mersad. Aluminium Arak changed their name into Shensa Arak. The league started on 10 August 2009 and ended on 27 June 2010. Shahrdari Tabriz and Naft Tehran won the Azadegan League title for the first time in their history. Shahrdari Tabriz, Naft Tehran and Sanat Naft promoted to the Persian Gulf Cup.
The 2010–11 Persian Gulf Cup was the 28th season of Iran's Football League and tenth as Iran Pro League since its establishment in 2001. Sepahan were the defending champions. The season featured 15 teams from the 2009–10 Persian Gulf Cup and three new teams promoted from the 2009–10 Azadegan League: Shahrdari Tabriz and Naft Tehran both as champions and Sanat Naft. The league started on 26 July 2010 and ended on 20 May 2011. Sepahan won the Pro League title for the third time in their history.

The competition started on 4 September 2013 and ended on 14 February 2014. Tractor won the title with defeating Mes Kerman in the final.

The 2013–14 Iranian Futsal Hazfi Cup were the 1st season of the Iranian futsal knockout competition. Mahan Tandis Qom won the title with defeating Misagh Tehran in the final.
The 2014–15 Hazfi Cup was the 28th season of the Iranian football knockout competition. Tractor Sazi was the defending champion but was eliminated by Padideh in quarter-finals. The competition started on 1 September 2014 and ended on 1 June 2015. Zob Ahan won their third title after defeating Naft Tehran in the final.
The 2015–16 Iranian Futsal Super League are the 17th season of the Iran Pro League and the 12th under the name Futsal Super League. Tasisat Daryaei Tehran are the defending champions. The season will feature 12 teams from the 2014–15 Iranian Futsal Super League and two new teams promoted from the 2014–15 Iran Futsal's 1st Division: Azarakhsh Bandar Abbas and Kashi Nilou Isfahan.

The 2015–16 Hazfi Cup was the 29th season of the Iranian football knockout competition. Zob Ahan Isfahan was the defending champion. The competition started on 27 August 2015 and the final was played on 29 May 2016.
Zob Ahan won the tournament for the second time in a row after defeating Esteghlal in the final.
The 2016 Iranian Futsal 2nd Division will be divided into a few phases.
The 2016–17 Hazfi Cup was the 30th season of the Iranian football knockout competition. Zob Ahan Isfahan, the defending champions, were eliminated by Tractor Sazi in the semi final in extra time. The competition started on 12 September 2016, and the final was played on 11 May 2017. Naft Tehran defeated Tractor Sazi at the final and earned their first title.
