The UEFA European Futsal Championship is the main futsal competition of the men's national futsal teams governed by UEFA.

The UEFS Futsal Championship or Eurofutsal is the main national futsal competition for the UEFS nations. It was first held in 1989.

The 2004 UEFS Futsal Men's Championship was the 6th UEFS futsal European championship held in Baranovichi (Belarus), with 8 national teams.

The 2006 UEFS Futsal Men's Championship was the 7th UEFS futsal championship held in Catalonia, with 10 teams in competition. The matches were played from 28 November to 3 December in Santa Coloma de Farners, Arbúcies and Sant Hilari Sacalm.

Catalonia mens national futsal team national sports team

The Catalonia national futsal team represents Catalonia in international futsal competitions organized by AMF and UEFS. It is controlled by the Catalonia Futsal Federation.

The 2008 UEFS Futsal Men's Championship was the 8th UEFS futsal championship held in Belgium, with 8 national teams. The matches were played in Antwerp, Liège, Limbourg, La Louvière and Namur, from March 20 to March 24, 2008.

The 2009 UEFS Futsal Women's Championship was the 4th women's UEFS futsal championship, held in Paczków (Poland).

The UEFS Futsal European Women's Championships or Eurofutsal is the championship for futsal national teams in Europe. It was held first in 2001 and played every 3 years until 2007 and every 2 years since then. The tournament is organized by the European Union of Futsal.

Catalonia womens national futsal team

The Catalonia women's national futsal team represents Catalonia in international futsal competitions organized by AMF and UEFS. It is controlled by the Catalonia Futsal Federation. They won the 2008 AMF Futsal Women's World Cup.

AsociaciĆ³n Mundial de Futsal (AMF)

The World Futsal Association is the governing global body of futsal, and is headquartered in Asuncion, Paraguay. It was founded on 25 July 1971 as the International Futsal Federation (FIFUSA) in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil; on 1 December 2002, the organization was replaced, changed its name to Asociación Mundial de Futsal.

The Italian Football Sala Federation, also known by the acronym of FIFS, is the Italian sports federation that promotes in Italy the Football Sala, indoor soccer or futsal, played with the Rules of the Asociación Mundial de Futsal (AMF). It organizes national, international and friendly tournaments for national and club teams / representatives, amateur events and competitions for the disabled. He also organized the Topolino Trophy five times, in collaboration with The Walt Disney Company Italia, as well as the Mediterranean Cup and the Mundialito Cup. It is based in Milan and the current President is Axel Paderni, in office since July 2009. It is the only Italian sports federation recognized by the Asociación Mundial de Futsal (AMF) and, therefore, the only one authorized to use international trademarks and logos.

The 2012 UEFS Futsal Men's Championship was the 10th men's UEFS futsal championship, held in Brest (Belarus) from May 14 to 19, with 9 national teams. Belgium won their first ever European championship defeating the Czech Republic 4-1 in the final.

Futsal has been played in Italy on an organised basis since 1987.

The 2014 UEFS Futsal Men's Championship was the 11th UEFS futsal European championship held in the Czech Republic from 19 May to 23 May, with 9 national teams.
