The 2012 Imola Superbike World Championship round was the second round of the 2012 Superbike World Championship season and of the 2012 Supersport World Championship season. It took place over the weekend of 30 March1 April 2012 at the Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari near Imola, Italy.

Autodromo Enzo e Dino Ferrari motorsport venue in Italy

The Autodromo Internazionale Enzo e Dino Ferrari is a motorsport race circuit near the Italian town of Imola, 40 kilometres (24.9 mi) east of Bologna and 80 kilometres (49.7 mi) east of the Ferrari factory in Maranello. The circuit is named after Ferrari's late founder Enzo and his son Dino who had died in the 1950s. Before Enzo Ferrari's death in 1988 it was called 'Autodromo Dino Ferrari'. The circuit has FIA Grade 1 license.

The 2005 Superbike World Championship was the eighteenth FIM Superbike World Championship season.
