The 2012 Martyr's Memorial C-Division League season, also known as the Red Bull C Division League 2012 for sponsorship reasons, was the 2012 edition of the third-tier club football competition in Nepal. All matches were played at the ANFA Technical Centre in Chyasal, Lalitpur. [2] A total of 13 teams competed in the league. The season started on 5 September 2012 and concluded on 24 September 2012.
