The 2012 Martyr's Memorial C-Division League season, also known as the Red Bull C Division League 2012 for sponsorship reasons, was the 2012 edition of the third-tier club football competition in Nepal. All matches were played at the ANFA Technical Centre in Chyasal, Lalitpur. [2] A total of 13 teams competed in the league. The season started on 5 September 2012 and concluded on 24 September 2012. The league is played centrally in one venue in Lalitpur. Goal Nepal claimed that the pitch was in bad condition, leading to matches being postponed due to rainfall. [4]

Chyasal Stadium is a multi-purpose stadium in the Chyasal neighborhood of Lalitpur in Bagmati Province of Nepal. It is mainly used for soccer matches and has a grass playing surface.
