The 2013 Sibiu Open was a professional tennis tournament played on clay courts. It was the second edition of the tournament which was part of the 2013 ATP Challenger Tour. It takes place in Sibiu, Romania between 23 and 29 September 2013.

This was the first edition of the event.

Sanchai Ratiwatana and Sonchat Ratiwatana were the defending champions, but lost in the first round to Jamie Delgado and Gilles Müller.

Tomasz Bednarek and Mateusz Kowalczyk were the two-time defending champions, but Bednarek did not participate that year. Kowalczyk played alongside Artem Sitak and they lost in the First Round to Adil Shamasdin and Franko Škugor.

Philipp Oswald and Andreas Siljeström were the defending champions, but Oswald did not participate that year, and Siljeström played alongside Roman Jebavý, but they lost in the final to Patrick Grigoriu and Costin Pavăl, 6–7(4–7), 7–6(7–4), [5–10].
