Pool B of the 2015 Fed Cup Americas Group II was one of four pools in the Americas Group II of the 2015 Fed Cup. Three teams competed in a round robin competition, with each team proceeding to their respective sections of the play-offs: the top team played for advancement to the Group I.

The 2015 Fed Cup was the 53rd edition of the most important tournament between national teams in women's tennis. The final took place on 14–15 November and was won by the Czech Republic for the second year in a row, and for the fourth time in five years.

The play-offs of the 2014 Fed Cup Americas Zone Group I were the final stages of the Group I Zonal Competition involving teams from the Americas. Using the positions determined in their pools, the seven teams faced off to determine their placing in the 2014 Fed Cup Americas Zone Group I. The top two teams advanced to World Group II Play-offs, and the bottom two teams were relegated down to the Americas Zone Group II.
