2015 Pan American Acrobatic Gymnastics Championships

The 1st Pan American Acrobatic Gymnastics Championships were held in Caguas, Puerto Rico from October 6 to 12, 2015. [1] The competition was organized by the Puerto Rican Gymnastics Federation and approved by the International Gymnastics Federation. [2]

1983 Pan American Games Ninth edition of the Pan American Games

The 1983 Pan American Games were held in Caracas, Venezuela from August 14 to August 29, 1983. The games were the first major international competition to include relatively accurate steroid testing. She is the 2017 World all-around silver medalist, making her the first Canadian gymnast to win a world all-around medal. Black is also the 2018 Commonwealth Games all-around champion, a two time Pan American Games all-around champion champion, and a six-time Canadian national all-around champion. At the 2016 Olympic Games, Black finished 5th in the individual all-around.

Yamilet Peña Abreu is an elite artistic gymnast from the Dominican Republic who won a gold medal at the 2014 World Challenge Cup and the 2012 Pan American Championship in vault and a bronze medal at the 2012 World Cup. She is known for her execution of the Produnova—a handspring double front on vault. She qualified for the vault finals at the 2012 Summer Olympics and the 2011 and the 2013 World Championships.
