The Patriot League Baseball Tournament is the conference baseball championship of the NCAA Division I Patriot League. The top four finishers in the regular season of the conference's six teams advance to the best of three championship series, with each series hosted by the higher seeded team. The winner of the tournament receives an automatic berth to the NCAA Division I Baseball Championship.
The 2015 NCAA Division I Baseball Tournament began on Friday, May 29, 2015, as part of the 2015 NCAA Division I baseball season. The 64-team double-elimination tournament concluded with the 2015 College World Series in Omaha, Nebraska, which began on June 13 and ended on June 24 with the Virginia Cavaliers upsetting the defending champion Vanderbilt Commodores 4–2 in the decisive Game 3.
The top four finishers from the regular season are seeded one through four, with the top seed hosting the fourth seed and second seed hosting the third. The visiting team will be designated as the home team in the second game of each series.
