The 2016 Seychelles First Division was the top level football competition in Seychelles. It was played from 10 March to 1 December 2016. [1]

Seychelles First Division is the top division of the Seychelles Football Federation, it was created in 1979.

Praslin island

Praslin is the second largest island (38.5 km2) of the Seychelles, lying 44 km (27 mi) northeast of Mahé. Praslin has a population of around 7,533 people and comprises two administrative districts: Baie Sainte Anne and Grand' Anse. The Seychelles FA Cup is the top knockout tournament of the Seychelles football. It was created in 1987.
