The Women's sprint event of the 2016 UCI Track Cycling World Championships was held on 5 and 6 March 2016. [1] [2] Zhong Tianshi of China won the gold medal.

2016 UCI Track Cycling World Championships

The 2016 UCI Track Cycling World Championships were the World Championships for track cycling in 2016. They took place in London in the Lee Valley VeloPark from 2–6 March 2016.

Zhong Tianshi Chinese cyclist

Zhong Tianshi is a Chinese track cyclist. She represented her nation at the 2012, 2014 and 2015 UCI Track Cycling World Championships. In 2015, she became world champion in the team sprint and won bronze in the sprint.
