The 2017 TAC Cup Girls season was the inaugural season of the TAC Cup Girls competition for under-18 female Australian rules footballers in Victoria. The premiership was won by the Calder Cannons, who finished on top of the ladder with the highest percentage at the end of season. This was the mechanism to determine the premiers, with no finals series or Grand Final match held as is customary in Australian football competitions. [1]

The Calder Cannons is an Australian rules football club from Melbourne, Australia. The club competes in the Talent League, the Victorian Statewide Under-18s competition, and fields squads in the Under-15s, Under-16s and Under-18s. The club was formed in 1995 after the need for two more metropolitan clubs. The geographic catchment area for the club is the north western suburbs of Melbourne extending to cover the Macedon Ranges area.

The 2001 TAC Cup season was the 10th season of the TAC Cup competition. Calder Cannons have won there 1st premiership title after defeating the Bendigo Pioneers in the grand final by a 37 points.

The 2002 TAC Cup season was the 11th season of the TAC Cup competition. Eastern Ranges have won there 1st premiership title after defeating the Calder Cannons in the grand final by a 1-point thriller.

The 2004 TAC Cup season was the 13th season of the TAC Cup competition. Calder Cannons have won their third premiership title after defeating the Eastern Ranges in the grand final by 70 points.

The 2007 TAC Cup season was the 16th season of the TAC Cup competition. Calder Cannons have won their fourth premiership title after defeating the Murray Bushrangers in the grand final by 50 points.

The 2009 TAC Cup season was the 18th season of the TAC Cup competition. Calder Cannons won their 5th premiership title after defeating the Dandenong Stingrays in the grand final by 14 points.

The 2018 TAC Cup Girls season was the second season of the TAC Cup Girls competition for under-18 female Australian rules footballers in Victoria. The season commenced on 3 March and concluded on 19 May. The premiership was won by the Geelong Falcons, who defeated the Northern Knights in the first Grand Final match in the competition.
