The Dandenong Southern Stingrays are an Australian rules football team in the Talent League, the Victorian statewide under-18s competition.
1992 saw the birth of the Southern Stingrays, developed under the leadership of Steve Kennedy (Regional Manager) and Ron Roach (Promotions Manager) with its home base located at Ben Kavanagh Reserve, Mordialloc. The side is coached in the inaugural year by Peter Russo.
In 1995 the club moved from Mordialloc to Dandenong and it also changed its name to the Dandenong Southern Stingrays. The club is currently under the leadership of Toby Jedwab (Region Talent Manager) and Ashley Dawes (Administration & Operations Coordinator) with the home base located at Shepley Oval, Dandenong. The Boys side is coached by Nick Cox, while the Girls are coached by Josh Moore.

The Stingrays have made the Grand final on seven occasions and have won one premiership.

The Australia international rules football team is Australia's senior representative team in International rules football, a hybrid sport derived from Australian rules football and Gaelic football. The current team is solely made up of players from the Australian Football League.

Formed as Central Dragons, the club was one of the founding metropolitan clubs of the competition in 1992 as part of a plan by the Victorian State Football League to replace the traditional club zones with independent junior clubs. This was to help aid in player development and the process of the AFL draft.

The Oakleigh Chargers is an Australian rules football club playing in the Talent League, the top statewide under-18 competition in Victoria, Australia. They are based at Warrawee Park in Oakleigh, Victoria, representing the southeastern suburban area of Melbourne. The Chargers were one of two additional metropolitan clubs introduced to the competition in 1995 as part of a plan by the AFL to replace the traditional club zones with independent junior clubs. This was to help aid in player development and the process of the AFL draft. In June 2008 the Chargers moved into a new pavilion at Warrawee Park, however they rarely play in Oakleigh, if at all. The chargers are aligned to Collingwood, Richmond & Port Melbourne. The Chargers have had the past 2 #1 AFL Draft picks and last #1 AFL W Draft picks making them one of the most successful development programs in Australia.
