The 2018 Conference USA women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for Conference USA held from October 31 through November 4, 2018. The seven-match tournament took place at Old Dominion Soccer Complex in Norfolk, Virginia. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the North Texas Mean Green, who defended their title after defeating the Southern Miss Golden Eagles in the final. Conference USA is an intercollegiate athletic conference whose current member institutions are located within the Southern United States and Western United States. The conference participates in the NCAA's Division I in all sports. C-USA's offices are located in Dallas, Texas.
The Sun Belt Conference (SBC) is a collegiate athletic conference that has been affiliated with the NCAA's Division I since 1976. Originally a non-football conference, the Sun Belt began sponsoring football in 2001. Its football teams participate in the Division I Football Bowl Subdivision (FBS). The 14 member institutions of the Sun Belt are distributed across the Southern United States.
The 2014 Conference USA football season was a part of the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season and was played from August 2014 through January 2015. The 2014 football season marks the 20th season of the Conference USA's existence and 19th of football competition; although C-USA was established in 1995, it did not begin football competition until 1996.
The 2014–15 NCAA football bowl games were a series of college football bowl games. They completed the 2014 NCAA Division I FBS football season, and included 39 team-competitive games and four all-star games. The games began on December 20, 2014 and, aside from the all-star games, ended with the 2015 College Football Playoff National Championship which was played on January 12, 2015.
The 2016 Western Kentucky Hilltoppers football team represented Western Kentucky University (WKU) in the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Hilltoppers played their home games at the Houchens Industries–L. T. Smith Stadium in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and competed in the East Division of Conference USA (C–USA). They were led by third year head coach Jeff Brohm. They finished the season 11–3, 7–1 in C-USA play to win a share of the East Division title with Old Dominion. Due to their head-to-head victory over Old Dominion, Western Kentucky represented the East Division in the Conference USA Championship Game where they defeated Louisiana Tech to be crowned C-USA champions. They were invited to the Boca Raton Bowl where they defeated Memphis. This team led the NCAA in Scoring Offense.

The season began on September 1 with Charlotte facing Louisville. This season was the second season for the C-USA under realignment that took place in 2014, which added the 14th member Charlotte from the Atlantic 10 Conference. The C-USA is a "Group of Five" conference under the College Football Playoff format along with the American Athletic Conference, the Mid-American Conference, the Mountain West Conference, and the Sun Belt Conference.
The 2016 Conference USA women's soccer tournament is the postseason women's soccer tournament for Conference USA to be held from November 2 to 6, 2016. The seven-match tournament will be held at the Transamerica Field in Charlotte, North Carolina. The eight team single-elimination tournament will consist of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The North Texas Mean Green are the defending tournament champions after defeating the Marshall Thundering Herd in the championship match.

The defending champions were the Charlotte 49ers, but they failed to defend their title after losing the penalty shoot-out tiebreaking procedure in the final following a tie with the North Texas Mean Green. The conference championship was the second for the North Texas women's soccer program, both of which have come under the direction of head coach John Hedlund.
The 2018 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament was the 37th annual single-elimination tournament to determine the national champion of NCAA Division I women's collegiate soccer. The semifinals and championship game were played at WakeMed Soccer Park in Cary, North Carolina from November 30 – December 2, 2018 while the preceding rounds were played at various sites across the country during November 2018.

The 2019–20 Louisiana Tech Bulldogs basketball team represented Louisiana Tech University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs, led by fifth-year head coach Eric Konkol, played their home games at the Thomas Assembly Center in Ruston, Louisiana as members of Conference USA. They finished the season 22–8, 13–5 in C-USA play to finish in a tie for second place. They were set to be the No. 3 seed in the C-USA tournament. However, they C-USA Tournament was canceled amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2019–20 Florida Atlantic Owls men's basketball team represented Florida Atlantic University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Owls, led by 2nd-year head coach Dusty May, played their home games at FAU Arena in Boca Raton, Florida as members of Conference USA. They finished the season 17–15, 8–10 in C-USA play to finish in ninth place. They defeated Old Dominion in the first round of the C-USA tournament and were set to take on North Texas in the quarterfinals. However, the remainder of the tournament was canceled amid the COVID-19 pandemic.
The 2021 Conference USA men's soccer tournament, was the 26th edition of the tournament. Conference USA did not conduct a men's soccer tournament after the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament determined Conference USA's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament. The tournament began November 10 and concluded on November 14. The tournament was hosted by University of Charlotte, and all matches were played at the Transamerica Field in Charlotte, North Carolina. This would mark the final C-USA Tournament played as the conference stopped sponsoring men's soccer after the 2021 season when it lost all nine of its members due to conference realignment.

Rice was unable to defend their title after being defeated by Middle Tennessee in the Quarterfinals. The Old Dominion Monarchs won the title by defeating Southern Miss in the final 1–0. The conference championship was the first for the Old Dominion women's soccer program and first for head coach Angie Hind. As tournament champions, Old Dominion earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I Women's Soccer Tournament.

The 2022 Conference USA women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for Conference USA held from November 2 through November 6, 2022. Old Dominion was unable to defended their title as they moved to the Sun Belt Conference in 2022. The UTSA Roadrunners won the title by defeating Florida Atlantic 3–2 in overtime the final. The conference championship was the first for the UTSA women's soccer program and first for head coach Derek Pittman. As tournament champions, UTSA earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
The 2023 Conference USA women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for Conference USA held from November 1 through November 5, 2023. The five-match tournament took place at Robert Mack Caruthers Field in Ruston, Louisiana. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the UTSA Roadrunners. USTA was unable to defended their title as they moved to the American Athletic Conference in 2023. The Liberty Flames won the title by defeating New Mexico State 2–1 in the final. The conference championship was the first for the Liberty women's soccer program and first for head coach Lang Wedemeyer as it was their first season in the conference. As tournament champions, Liberty earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
