The 2018 Conference USA women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for Conference USA held from October 31 through November 4, 2018. The seven-match tournament took place at Old Dominion Soccer Complex in Norfolk, Virginia. The eight-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the North Texas Mean Green, who defended their title after defeating the Southern Miss Golden Eagles in the final. [1] [2] The conference championship was the third for the North Texas women's soccer program, all three of which have come under the direction of head coach John Hedlund. [3]

The 2016 Western Kentucky Hilltoppers football team represented Western Kentucky University (WKU) in the 2016 NCAA Division I FBS football season. The Hilltoppers played their home games at the Houchens Industries–L. T. Smith Stadium in Bowling Green, Kentucky, and competed in the East Division of Conference USA (C–USA). They were led by third year head coach Jeff Brohm. They finished the season 11–3, 7–1 in C-USA play to win a share of the East Division title with Old Dominion. Due to their head-to-head victory over Old Dominion, Western Kentucky represented the East Division in the Conference USA Championship Game where they defeated Louisiana Tech to be crowned C-USA champions. They were invited to the Boca Raton Bowl where they defeated Memphis. This team led the NCAA in Scoring Offense.

The 2019–20 Louisiana Tech Bulldogs basketball team represented Louisiana Tech University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Bulldogs, led by fifth-year head coach Eric Konkol, played their home games at the Thomas Assembly Center in Ruston, Louisiana as members of Conference USA. They finished the season 22–8, 13–5 in C-USA play to finish in a tie for second place. They were set to be the No. 3 seed in the C-USA tournament. However, they C-USA Tournament was canceled amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2019–20 Florida Atlantic Owls men's basketball team represented Florida Atlantic University in the 2019–20 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Owls, led by 2nd-year head coach Dusty May, played their home games at FAU Arena in Boca Raton, Florida as members of Conference USA. They finished the season 17–15, 8–10 in C-USA play to finish in ninth place. They defeated Old Dominion in the first round of the C-USA tournament and were set to take on North Texas in the quarterfinals. However, the remainder of the tournament was canceled amid the COVID-19 pandemic.

The 2021 Conference USA men's soccer tournament, was the 26th edition of the tournament. Conference USA did not conduct a men's soccer tournament after the 2020 season due to the COVID-19 pandemic. The tournament determined Conference USA's automatic berth into the 2021 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament. The tournament began November 10 and concluded on November 14. The tournament was hosted by University of Charlotte, and all matches were played at the Transamerica Field in Charlotte, North Carolina. This would mark the final C-USA Tournament played as the conference stopped sponsoring men's soccer after the 2021 season when it lost all nine of its members due to conference realignment.

The nine-match tournament took place at FAU Soccer Stadium in Boca Raton, Florida. Rice was unable to defend their title after being defeated by Middle Tennessee in the Quarterfinals. The Old Dominion Monarchs won the title by defeating Southern Miss in the final 1–0. The conference championship was the first for the UTSA women's soccer program and first for head coach Derek Pittman. As tournament champions, UTSA earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.

The 2023 Conference USA women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for Conference USA held from November 1 through November 5, 2023. The five-match tournament took place at Robert Mack Caruthers Field in Ruston, Louisiana. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the UTSA Roadrunners. USTA was unable to defended their title as they moved to the American Athletic Conference in 2023. The Liberty Flames won the title by defeating New Mexico State 2–1 in the final. The conference championship was the first for the Liberty women's soccer program and first for head coach Lang Wedemeyer as it was their first season in the conference. As tournament champions, Liberty earned C-USA's automatic berth into the 2023 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
