The 2018 Futsal Thai League (also known as AIS Futsal Thai League for sponsorship reasons) was a top-tier professional futsal league under the Football Association of Thailand (FAT) and Advanced Info Service (AIS) It was the tenth edition of the league, with a total of 14 teams. The league began in April 2018 and finished in December 2018. [1]
Promoted teams
CAT Telecom Futsal Club and Northeastern University Futsal Club were promoted from the 2017 Thai Championship Futsal League by finishing in the first and second place, respectively.
Relegated teams
Nonthaburi Futsal Club and Nakhon Ratchasima V-One Futsal Club were relegated from the 2018 Thai Championship Futsal League by finishing in the last 2 places of the league.
Renamed teams
Loso-D Thai Tech was renamed to Sripathum GSB Thai-Tech and relocated from Chonburi Province to Bangkok. [2]

True Bangkok United Football Club is a professional football club based in Pathum Thani province, Thailand. Known as Bangkok University Football Club until 2009, the club was relegated from the 2010 Thai Premier League only four years after winning their first league title in 2006. In 2012 they were promoted to Thai League 1, after finishing third in the 2012 Thai Division 1 League.
Army United Football Club was a Thai professional football club under the stewardship of the Royal Thai Army based in the Din Daeng District of Bangkok. It was one of the oldest football clubs in Asia, until it was discontinued at the end of the 2019 season after 103 years in existence.
Thailand Tobacco Monopoly Football Club, commonly known as the TTM FC., was a Thai defunct football club originally based in Bangkok. The club, founded in 1963, was one of the oldest clubs in Thailand. Their biggest achievement was winning the Thai Premier League title in 2005.
The Thai League 1, often referred to as T1, is the highest level of the Thai football league system. Contested by 16 clubs, it operates on a system of promotion and relegation with Thai League 2. Seasons typically run from August to May, with each team playing 30 games: two against each other team, one home and one away. It is sponsored by Toyota Motor Thailand and therefore officially known as the Hilux Revo Thai League. In the Thai League, most games are played on Saturday and Sunday evenings, occasionally being played on Wednesday and Friday evening fixtures.
The 2008 Thai Premier League had 16 teams. It was the twelfth since its establishment. The first matches of the season were played on 18 February 2008, and the season ended on 11 October 2008. Three teams would be relegated to Thailand Division 1 League. The Champion in this season would qualify for the AFC Champions League 2009 qualification stage and the runner-up would be enter the AFC Cup 2009. The official name of the league at this time was Thailand Premier League.
Nakhon Pathom United Football Club, formerly known as Nakhon Pathom Football Club, is a Thailand professional football club based in Nakhon Pathom province and currently play in Thai League 1. Their home stadium is Nakhon Pathom Municipality Sport School Stadium. In 2008 season, the club finished at 9th place which became the highest league position in the club history.
Pattaya United Football Club was a Thai defunct football club based in Pattaya, Chonburi Province. Defunct after the 2018 season, the club was renamed to Samut Prakan City and relocated to Samut Prakan.
Air Force United Football Club was a Thai defunct professional football club based in Lam Luk Ka, Pathum Thani province. Defunct after 2019 season, the club was renamed to Uthai Thani F.C. and was relocated to Uthai Thani province. The team formed the football section of the Royal Thai Air Force until 2019.
Thai League 4, commonly known as the T4, was the fourth level association football league in Thailand. In 2009, it was divided into five groups by geographic region. Each group contained 16 clubs except for the Southern Region group which contained 13 clubs. It was sponsored by AIS and therefore officially known as the AIS Regional League Division 2. In 2016, Khor Royal Cup became a trophy for Regional League Division 2. In 2017, Football Association of Thailand rebranded the league to Thai League 4.

The 2017–18 Thai FA Futsal Cup was the sixth season of Thailand's knockout futsal competition. It was sponsored by Advanced Info Service (AIS), and was known as the AIS FA Futsal Cup for sponsorship purposes. The tournament was organized by the Football Association of Thailand. 61 clubs were accepted into the tournament. It began with a qualification round from 6 October to 17 October 2017, and concluded with the final round from 25 November 2017 to 7 January 2018.
