The 2018 Patriot League women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Patriot League held from October 30 through November 4, 2018. The quarterfinals of the tournament will be held at campus sites, while the semifinals and final took place at Nickerson Field in Boston, Massachusetts. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Bucknell Bison, however they were unable to defend their crown, losing to Lehigh 2–1 in the first round. The tournament was won by the Boston University Terriers, who were the #1 seed and defeated Lehigh 1–0 in the final. [1] [2] The conference championship was the fourth for the Boston University women's soccer program, all of which have come under coach Nancy Feldman. [3]

The conference championship was the fourth for the Navy women's soccer program, all of which have come under coach Carom Babarra.

The 2020–21 Colgate Raiders men's basketball team represented Colgate University in the 2020–21 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Raiders, were led by tenth-year head coach Matt Langel, play their home games at Cotterell Court in Hamilton, New York as members of the Patriot League. With the creation of mini-divisions to cut down on travel due to the COVID-19 pandemic, they played in the North Division. They finished the season 14-2, 11-1 in Patriot League Play to finish as champions of the North Division. They defeated Boston University, Bucknell, and Loyola (MD) to be champions of the Patriot League tournament. They received the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament where they lost in the first round to Arkansas.

They finished the season 23–12, 16–2 and Patriot League play to finish as regular season champions for the second consecutive year. As the No. 1 seed, they defeated Bucknell, Lehigh, and Navy to win the Patriot League tournament. They received the conference’s automatic bid to the NCAA tournament for the second consecutive year. They were unable to defend their crown, as they finished in seventh place during the regular season and did not qualify for the tournament. The Navy Midshipmen would go on to claim the title, defeating American in the final, 1–0. The conference championship was the second for the Navy men's soccer program, and the first for head coach Tim O'Donohue. As tournament champions, Loyola earned the Patriot League's automatic berth into the 2022 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
