The 2018 Stock Car Light is the sixteenth season of Stock Car Brasil Light. The 2018 season marks the first season since 2007, after the series endured an eleven-year absence. [1]

Zengő Motorsport

Zengő Motorsport is a Hungarian motor racing team founded by Zoltán Zengő. They currently compete in the World Touring Car Championship. The team also used to compete in the SEAT León Eurocup, where they won driver's titles in 2009 and 2010.

2012 FIA WTCC Race of Brazil

The 2012 FIA WTCC Race of Brazil was the eighth round of the 2012 World Touring Car Championship season and the seventh running of the FIA WTCC Race of Brazil. It was held on 22 July 2012 at the Autódromo Internacional de Curitiba in Pinhais, Brazil. Both races were won by Chevrolet with Yvan Muller winning race one and Robert Huff winning race two.

2014 World Touring Car Championship

The 2014 FIA World Touring Car Championship was a motor racing competition organised by the Fédération Internationale de l'Automobile (FIA) for Super 2000 Cars. It was the eleventh FIA World Touring Car Championship, and the tenth since the series was revived in 2005.

2015 British Touring Car Championship

The 2015 Dunlop MSA British Touring Car Championship was a motor racing championship for production-based touring cars held across England and Scotland. The championship featured a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded amateur drivers competing in highly modified versions of family cars which are sold to the general public and conform to the technical regulations for the championship. The 2015 season was the 58th British Touring Car Championship season and the fifth season for cars conforming to the Next Generation Touring Car (NGTC) specification.

The 2015 TCR International Series was the inaugural season of the TCR International Series, a motor racing championship for touring cars held across Asia and Europe. The season began at Sepang on 28 March and finished on 22 November at the Guia Circuit in Macau.

2015 World Touring Car Championship

The 2015 World Touring Car Championship was a motor racing competition organised by the FIA for Super 2000 cars. It was the twelfth FIA World Touring Car Championship, and the eleventh since the series was revived in 2005. The championship comprised a Drivers Championship and a Manufacturers Championship, which were won by José María López and Citroën respectively.

The 2016 TCR International Series was the second season of the TCR International Series.

2016 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters

The 2016 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the thirtieth season of premier German touring car championship and also seventeenth season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. The season started on 7 May at Hockenheim, and ended on 16 October at the same venue. Marco Wittmann won his 2nd DTM championship after a total of nine events.

The 2016 FIA European Touring Car Cup was the twelfth running of the FIA European Touring Car Cup. It consisted of six events in France (twice), Slovakia, Germany, Portugal and Italy.

The 2017 World Touring Car Championship was the fourteenth and last season of the FIA World Touring Car Championship, and the thirteenth since the series was revived in 2005. For this season, there were a few rules changes.

The 2017 Stock Car Brasil Championship is the thirty-ninth season of the Stock Car Brasil. The season marks the exit of Peugeot. The manufacturer entered in the series in 2007 and won the championship five times, including the last two seasons.

The 2017 FIA European Touring Car Cup was the thirteenth and last running of the FIA European Touring Car Cup. It consists of six events in Italy, Hungary, Germany, Portugal, Belgium and Czech Republic. The championship is again split into two categories: ETCC 1 and ETCC 2.

2018 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters 2018 edition of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters

The 2018 Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters was the thirty-second season of premier German touring car championship and also nineteenth season under the moniker of Deutsche Tourenwagen Masters since the series' resumption in 2000. 2018 would be the final season for the traditional 4.0-litre V8 naturally-aspirated engine package that debuted in the inaugural reborn season; as the brand new engine package has been introduced for the following season as part of the "Class One Project" prospect with Japanese Super GT GT500 cars. 2018 also marked the final season for Mercedes-AMG in DTM due to Mercedes-AMG departing to FIA Formula E from the 2019–20 season and thus ended its 19 year participation.

2018 British Touring Car Championship

The 2018 British Touring Car Championship was a motor racing championship for production-based touring cars held across England and Scotland. It was sponsored by Dunlop. The championship featured a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded amateur drivers competing in highly modified versions of family cars which were sold to the general public and conform to the technical regulations for the championship. The 2018 season was the 61st British Touring Car Championship season and the eighth season for cars conforming to the Next Generation Touring Car (NGTC) technical specification. The 2018 season also marked the 60th anniversary since the series’ introduction.

The 2018 Stock Car Brasil Championship was the fortieth season of the Stock Car Brasil.

TCR Touring Car touring car racing specification

A TCR Touring Car is a touring car specification, first introduced in 2014 and is now employed by a multitude of series worldwide. All TCR cars are based on 4 or 5 door production vehicles, and are powered by 2.0 litre turbocharged engines. While the bodyshell and suspension layout of the production vehicle is retained in a TCR car, and many models use a production gearbox, certain accommodations are made for the stresses of the racetrack including upgraded brakes and aerodynamics. Competition vehicles are subject to Balance of Performance adjustments to ensure close racing between different vehicles.

2019 British Touring Car Championship

The 2019 Kwik Fit British Touring Car Championship was a motor racing championship for production-based touring cars held across England and Scotland. The championship featured a mix of professional motor racing teams and privately funded amateur drivers competing in highly modified versions of family cars which are sold to the general public and conform to the technical regulations for the championship. The 2019 season was the 62nd British Touring Car Championship season and the ninth season for cars conforming to the Next Generation Touring Car (NGTC) technical specification.

The 2019 Stock Car Brasil Championship was the forty-first season of the Stock Car Brasil. Daniel Serra won the 2019 season, he became three time champion as your father Chico Serra. This was the last season with as one-make series. From 2020 Toyota Gazoo Racing will enter in the series with eight cars.
