The 2018 Women's Junior South American Volleyball Championship was the 24th edition of the tournament, organised by South America's governing volleyball body, the Confederación Sudamericana de Voleibol (CSV). The top two teams qualified for the 2019 Junior World Championship. [2] [3]

The top two teams of the tournament qualified for the 2023 FIVB Volleyball Men's U21 World Championship as the CSV representatives.
