The 2019 season of the Albanian Futsal Championship was the 16th season of top-tier futsal in Albania. The regular season started on 21 April 2019, and ended on 27 May 2017. After the end of the regular season, all four teams played in the championship playoffs. [2]

The Albanian national futsal team represents Albania in international futsal competitions and is controlled by the Albanian Football Association. The team debuted in the 2005 UEFA Futsal Championship qualifiers. They won the first match 8–6 against England, and then they drew to Cyprus, but failed to qualify because of goal difference. In the 2007 UEFA Futsal Championship qualifiers, Albania made a bad performance by losing all of its matches and finishing last in its group. In the 2008 FIFA Futsal World Cup qualifiers, Albania was drawn against Slovenia, Greece, and Malta. They ended up in second place winning two matches and losing only one. In the end, Slovenia topped the group and advanced to the two-legged play-offs.

The Romania national futsal team represents Romania in international futsal competitions such as the FIFA Futsal World Cup and the European Championships and is controlled by the Romanian Football Federation.

The Malaysia Premier Futsal League, commonly abbreviated as MPFL, is a men's professional futsal league sanctioned by the Football Association of Malaysia (FAM). It was previously known as the Liga Futsal Kebangsaan (LFK). Successful MPFL clubs gain qualification into Asian continental club competitions, including the AFC Futsal Club Championship and AFF Futsal Club Championship. The Albanian Futsal Cup is the second most important event in Albanian futsal, after the League. It was founded in 2011 and 8 best teams of the season took part. KS Ali Demi were crowned winners of the first Cup, beating 5 times futsal champions Tirana by penalties 4–3, after regular and extra time finished in a 2–2 draw. The final was played out on December 24, 2011, and took place in Asllan Rusi Sports Palace in Tirane. The 2016 final played on May 3, 2016 between Ali Demi and Tirana ended 9–5, with Ali Demi triumphing once again with the same opponent and lifting their record 4th cup.

Prishtina is the epicenter of sport in Kosovo, where activity is organized across amateur and professional levels, sport organizations and clubs, regulated by the Kosovo Olympic Committee and the Ministry of Culture, Youth and Sport. The regular season started on October 8, 2016, and ended on May 6, 2017. After the end of the regular season, the top eight teams played the championship playoffs.

The highest German futsal league is the Futsal Bundesliga, ten teams play against each other in the league system. At the end of the regular season there is a championship round in which the German champions are played out. The bottom of the table is relegated directly to one of the five subordinate regional leagues. The penultimate plays with the champions of the five regional leagues in a relegation. Among them, the second highest league is one of the five regional leagues, called the Regionalliga. The winner of the respective regional futsal league has the chance to take part in the qualifying matches (relegation) for the Futsal-Bundesliga. Futsal Canadian Championship is the futsal year end national club competition hosted by Canada Soccer. Its first year featured two clubs from Quebec and Ontario in 2015. The competition is under the authority of the Canada Soccer Association and adheres to the FIFA Futsal Laws Of The Game.

Prva Crnogorska futsal Liga is the highest-ranked futsal league in Montenegro. It is governed by the Football Association of Montenegro and it is played under UEFA and FIFA rules. It was founded in 2006 and as of 2019–20 season, the league consists of 10 teams.

The Futsal Club Championship, also referred to as Hero Futsal Club Championship for sponsorship ties, is the highest level futsal club competition in India, organised by the All India Football Federation (AIFF). The inaugural edition kicked off on 5th November 2021 in New Delhi with 16 teams. It acts as qualifier for the AFC Futsal Club Championship, the highest level club futsal competition in Asia.
