The 2019 CAA women's soccer tournament was the postseason women's soccer tournament for the Colonial Athletic Association held from November 1 through November 9, 2019. The tournament was held at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting each game. The defending champions were the Hofstra Pride, [1] who successfully defended their title, beating the James Madison Dukes 5–1 in the final. [2] The conference tournament title was the sixth overall for the Hofstra women's soccer program and the fifth overall for head coach Simon Riddiough. Both Hofstra and Riddiough have won three straight CAA Tournaments. [3]

UNC Wilmington won their seventh Colonial Athletic Association baseball championship and third championship in the past five tournaments. With the win, they also earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2023 NCAA Division I baseball tournament.
The 2024 Coastal Athletic Association baseball tournament was held at Brooks Field in Wilmington, North Carolina, from May 22 through 26. The UNC Wilmington Seahawks won back-to-back titles and earned the conference's automatic bid to the 2024 NCAA Division I baseball tournament. This set a league-record eighth CAA baseball title for the Seahawks, their sixth since 2012.
