The 2019 Federation Tournament of Champions took place at the Cool Insuring Arena in Glens Falls on March 22, 23 and 24. Federation championships were awarded in the AA, A and B classifications. [1] Long Island Lutheran in Brookville won the Class AA championship. [2] Andre Curbelo of Long Island Lutheran was named the Class AA tournament's most valuable player. [3] Joseph Girard III of Glens Falls was named the Class B tournament's most valuable player and finished his high school basketball career with a state-record 4,763 points. [4]

Glens Falls High School, abbreviated GFHS, is a high school serving the Glens Falls City School District and Glens Falls Common School District. It is located at 10 Quade Street near Sherman Avenue in Glens Falls, New York.
The Cool Insuring Arena is a 4,794-seat multi-purpose arena located in downtown Glens Falls, New York, that currently serves as the home of the Adirondack Thunder of the ECHL. Built in 1979, it was originally the home of the Adirondack Red Wings, AHL affiliate of the Detroit Red Wings.
Minnesota boys high school ice hockey is made up of multiple leagues and programs representing different associations. Kristin Allen is a Hall of Fame American acrobatic gymnast. Kristin and her partner Michael Rodrigues made history by becoming the first American mixed pair to win a gold medal from the World Games in 2009 and the second American pair to win the Acrobatic Gymnastics World Championships in 2010. Domestically, the pair have won national titles in 2008 and 2010. She competed for the United States of America Gymnastics from 2001 until her retirement in August 2010 and spent five of those years on the Senior National Team.
The New York State Public High School Athletic Association (NYSPHSAA) Boys Basketball Championships are held annually to determine the champions of public high schools outside of New York City, though some catholic and independent schools are members as well. The championship games are held each March. After 36 years in Glens Falls at the Glens Falls Civic Center, the championships are held in Binghamton at Floyd L. Maines Veterans Memorial Arena.
The New York state high school boys basketball championships are won in the Federation Tournament of Champions, which is conducted annually by the New York State Federation of Secondary School Athletic Associations (NYSFSSAA).

Federation championships were awarded in the AA, A and B classifications. Wings Academy in the Bronx won the Class AA championship. Jessie Govan of Wings Academy was named the Class AA tournament's Most Valuable Player.

Federation championships were awarded in the AA, A and B classifications. Mount Vernon won the Class AA championship. Jabarie Hinds of Mount Vernon was named the Class AA tournament's Most Valuable Player.

Thomas Jefferson Campus in Brooklyn won the Class AA championship. Shamorie Ponds of Thomas Jefferson Campus was named the Class AA tournament's Most Valuable Player.

Abraham Lincoln in Brooklyn won the Class AA championship. Donald Cannon-Flores of Abraham Lincoln was named the Class AA tournament's Most Valuable Player.

Aidan Harris Igiehon is an Irish college basketball player for the Grand Canyon Antelopes of the Western Athletic Conference (WAC). He previously played for the Louisville Cardinals. Igiehon attended Lawrence Woodmere Academy in New York, where he was a four-star recruit and won three state championships.
Joseph Girard III is an American college basketball player for the Syracuse Orange of the Atlantic Coast Conference (ACC). He played for Glens Falls High School in New York, where he became the state's all-time leading scorer. As a senior in high school, Girard earned Mr. New York Basketball honors and was named MaxPreps Athlete of the Year for his success in basketball and football.
