The 2017 Prime Minister Cup was the first edition of the Prime Minister One Day Cup featuring eight teams. Nepal Police Club and Tribhuwan Army Club were announced as joint winners as the final went to no result due to rain.

The 2018 Prime Minister Cup was the second edition of Prime Minister One Day Cup, which featured 10 teams.

The 2022 ACA Africa T20 Cup was a cricket tournament played in Benoni, Gauteng, South Africa. The finals tournament were originally scheduled to be held in September 2019, but were moved to March 2020, with the original host city being Nairobi, Kenya. On 9 March 2020, the tournament was postponed again due to the COVID-19 pandemic, in line with the Kenyan government's 30-day ban on international gatherings. The tournament was eventually rescheduled for September 2022.

The 2021 ICC Men's T20 World Cup Americas Qualifier was a cricket tournament that was played as part of the qualification process for the 2022 ICC Men's T20 World Cup. It took place in November 2021 in Antigua, with the top two teams progressing to one of two global qualifiers. In April 2018, the International Cricket Council (ICC) granted full international status to Twenty20 men's matches played between member sides from 1 January 2019 onwards. The tournament featured sides representing the seven provinces of Nepal plus three departments, the host club and a Malaysian XI. This was the second edition of the tournament after the first was held in January 2019. The Malaysian national side played a series of one-day matches against Nepal after the conclusion of the tournament.

The 2021 Prime Minister Cup was the fourth edition of the Prime Minister One Day Cup, the premier one-day cricket tournament in Nepal. The tournament was contested by teams representing the seven Provinces of Nepal as well as three departmental teams. It began on 15 January 2021 and ended on 30 January 2021. All matches of the tournament were broadcast live by DishHome's "Action Sports" channel. Nepal Police Club were the defending champions, but were eliminated at the semi-final stage by Armed Police Force Club. Tribhuwan Army Club won the title following a 33-run win over APF Club in the final.

The tournament was contested by teams representing the seven Provinces of Nepal as well as three departmental teams. It began on 30 October 2022 and ended on 12 November 2022. Armed Police Force Club won their second title after defeating defending champions Tribhuwan Army Club in the final.

The 2021 Charlotte Edwards Cup, initially named the 2021 Women's Regional T20, was the first edition of the Charlotte Edwards Cup, an English women's cricket Twenty20 domestic competition took place between 26 June and 5 September 2021. It featured eight teams playing in two double round-robin groups, followed by a Finals Day. South East Stars won the tournament, beating Northern Diamonds in the final. The tournament ran alongside the Rachael Heyhoe Flint Trophy.

The 2013–14 Victory Day T20 Cup was a Twenty20 cricket competition that was held in Bangladesh. It was played by four teams, during December 2013. Four Dhaka Premier League teams took part in a lottery to determine who picked one each of the Yellow, Blue, Green and Red teams. Announcing the schedule of the tournament at a press conference on 21 December, the Bangladesh Cricket Board (BCB) confirmed that four teams would participate in the T20 series and AMBER Group would be the title sponsors of the event.

The 2023 KP Oli Cup was the inaugural edition of the KP Oli Cup, the domestic T20 tournament in Nepal. The tournament was contested by teams representing the seven Provinces of Nepal, three departmental teams as well as two organizer teams. It began on 23 November 2023 and ended on 1 December 2023.

The 2024 Prime Minister Cup was the sixth edition of the Prime Minister One Day Cup, the premier one-day cricket tournament in Nepal. The tournament was contest by teams representing the seven Provinces of Nepal as well as three departmental teams. It began on 13 January 2024 and end on 3 February. The tournament will be played in three different venues.

The 2024 Lalitpur Mayor Women's Cup was the fourth edition of the Lalitpur Mayor Women's Cup, the premier Twenty20 cricket tournament in Nepal. The tournament had 5 teams including Lalitpur Mayor's XI along with 4 teams that reached the semi-finals of the Prime Minister's Cup Women's T-20 National Tournament. The Lalitpur Mayor's XI team is formed from the players of remaining four provinces that did not reach the semi-finals of Prime Minister's Cup. All team play with each other's in round-robin format with top two team advancing to the finals.
