Usue Maitane Arconada is an American tennis player born in Argentina. As a junior she won the 2016 Wimbledon girls' doubles title. During her professional career Arconada has won five singles and seven doubles titles on the ITF Women's Circuit.

Jada Hart and Ena Shibahara won the title, defeating Kayla Day and Caroline Dolehide in the final, 4–6, 6–2, [13–11]. They saved two championship points in the match tiebreaker.

Olga Danilović and Kaja Juvan won the title, defeating Caty McNally and Whitney Osuigwe in the final, 6–4, 6–3.

Yanina Wickmayer was the defending champion, but chose not to participate this year.

This was the first edition of the tournament.

The 2019 Tennis Championships of Honolulu was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the second edition of the tournament which was part of the 2019 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Honolulu, United States between 8 and 14 July 2019.

Misaki Doi and Jessica Pegula were the defending champions, but chose not to participate.

Caty McNally and Jessica Pegula were the defending champions, but chose not to participate.

Whitney Osuigwe was the defending champion, but lost to Danielle Lao in the quarterfinals.

Bianca Andreescu was the defending champion, but chose not to participate this year.

Heather Watson won the title, defeating qualifier Leylah Annie Fernandez in the final, 6–4, 6–7(8–10), 6–1. It was Fernandez's first WTA Tour final.

Usue Maitane Arconada and Caroline Dolehide were the defending champions but chose to participate with different partners. Arconada partnered Marta Kostyuk but lost in the first round to Francesca Di Lorenzo and Jamie Loeb.
