The 2021 Uzbekistan Super League is the 30th season of top-level football in Uzbekistan since its establishment on 1992. Pakhtakor Tashkent were the defending champions from the 2020 campaign.

The 2021 season was Pakhtakor Tashkent's 30th season in the Uzbek League in Uzbekistan.

The 2020 Uzbekistan Super Cup was the 6th Uzbekistan Super Cup, an annual football match played between the winners of the previous season's Super League and Cup. As Pakhtakor Tashkent completed a domestic League and Cup Double, second placed Super League Nasaf also took part in the match. Pakhtakor Tashkent won the match 1–0, securing their first Super Cup title.

The 2022 Uzbekistan Super League was the 31st season of top-level football in Uzbekistan since its establishment on 1992. Pakhtakor Tashkent were the defending champions from the 2021 campaign, and successfully defended their title.

The 2023 Uzbekistan Super League was the 32nd season of top-level football in Uzbekistan since its establishment in 1992. Pakhtakor Tashkent are the defending champions for the 2022 campaign. FK Andijon, FK Turon Yaypan and FK Buxoro were the three teams promoted to the 2023 Super League. The first matches will take place on March 3, 2023.
