The women's elite road race at the 2021 European Road Championships took place on 11 September 2021, in Trentino, Italy. Nations were allowed to enter between 1 and 8 riders into the event, dependent on UCI rankings. [1]

Pacific Highway (Australia)

The Pacific Highway is a 780-kilometre-long (485 mi) national highway and major transport route along the central east coast of Australia, with the majority of it being part of Australia's Highway 1. The highway and its adjoining Pacific Motorway between Brisbane and Brunswick Heads and Pacific Motorway between Sydney and Newcastle links the state capitals of Sydney in New South Wales with Brisbane in Queensland, approximately paralleling the Tasman Sea of the South Pacific Ocean coast, via Gosford, Newcastle, Taree, Port Macquarie, Kempsey, Coffs Harbour, Grafton, and Ballina. Additionally, between Brunswick Heads and Port Macquarie, the road is also signed as the Pacific Motorway, but has not been legally gazetted as such.

Vijayawada Metropolis in Andhra Pradesh, India

Vijayawada, formerly known as Bezawada, is the second largest city in the Indian state of Andhra Pradesh. It is a part of the de facto state capital region Amaravati. It lies on the banks of Krishna river surrounded by the hills of Eastern Ghats known as Indrakeeladri Hills in Krishna district. It geographically lies on the center spot of Andhra Pradesh. The city has been described as the commercial, political, and educational capital of Andhra Pradesh, second largest city in Andhra Pradesh and is one of the fastest growing urban areas in India.

Road Atlanta

Road Atlanta is a 2.540-mile (4.088 km) road course located just north of Braselton, Georgia, United States. The facility is utilized for a wide variety of events, including professional and amateur sports car and motorcycle races, racing and driving schools, corporate programs and testing for motorsports teams. The track has 12 turns, including the famous "esses" between turns three and five; and Turn 12, a downhill, diving turn. The track is owned by IMSA Holdings, LLC through its subsidiary Road Atlanta, LLC, and is the home to the Petit Le Mans, as well as AMA motorcycle racing, and smaller events throughout the year. Michelin acquired naming rights to the facility in 2018.

"End of the Road" is a song by American R&B group Boyz II Men for the Boomerang soundtrack. It was released in 1992 and was written by Kenneth "Babyface" Edmonds, Antonio L.A. Reid and Daryl Simmons. "End of the Road" achieved domestic and international success. In the United States, "End of the Road" spent a then record breaking 13 weeks at number one on the US Billboard Hot 100, a record broken later in the year by Whitney Houston's 14-week number one hit "I Will Always Love You"; Boyz II Men would later match Houston's record with "I'll Make Love to You", which spent 14 weeks at number one in 1994, and then reclaim the record with "One Sweet Day", which spent 16 weeks at number one from 1995 to 1996.

10K run

The 10K run is a long-distance road running competition over a distance of ten kilometres. Also referred to as the 10K road race, 10 km, or simply 10K, it is one of the most common types of road running event, alongside the shorter 5K and longer half marathon and marathon. It is usually distinguished from the 10,000 metres track running event by stating the distance in kilometres, rather than metres.

The 500 metres is a rarely run middle-distance running event in track and field competitions.

The 2021 European Road Cycling Championships was the 27th running of the European Road Cycling Championships, that took place from 8 to 12 September 2021 in Trentino, Italy. The event consisted of a total of 6 road races and 7 time trials.
