The 2021 FIBA Women's AmeriCup was the 16th edition of the FIBA Women's AmeriCup, which is the main tournament for senior women's basketball national teams of the FIBA Americas. It was held from 11 to 19 June 2021. [1] On 20 March 2021, Puerto Rico was confirmed as the host. [2] The top four teams qualify for one of the qualifying tournaments for the 2022 FIBA Women's Basketball World Cup. [3]
The United States won their fourth title by defeating Puerto Rico in the final, 74–59. [4]

The 2007 FIBA Americas Championships later known as the FIBA AmeriCup, was a basketball tournament held at Thomas & Mack Center, in Las Vegas, from August 22, to September 2. It was the thirteenth staging of the FIBA AmeriCup.
The 2009 FIBA Americas Championship, later known as the FIBA AmeriCup, was the continental championship held by FIBA Americas, for North, Central and South America and the Caribbean. This FIBA AmeriCup championship served as a qualifying tournament for the 2010 FIBA World Championship in Turkey. Each of the top four finishers in the quarterfinal round robin qualified for the World Championship.

The tournament was held from 17 to 23 June 2024 in Bucaramanga, Colombia. This also served as the qualifying tournament for FIBA Americas in the 2025 FIBA Under-19 Women's Basketball World Cup in the Czech Republic.
