The 2022 Carlson Hockey Games were played between 28 April to 1 May 2022. The Czech Republic, Finland, Sweden and Austria played a round-robin for a total of three games per team and six games in total. Five of the games were played in Ostravar, Czech Republic and one game in Vienna, Austria. The tournament was won by Czech Republic.The tournament was part of the 2021–22 Euro Hockey Tour.
