The Oulton Raidettes Women's Rugby League Club are an women's rugby league football team based in Leeds, West Yorkshire. They were founded in 2012 and have affiliations with the Oulton Raiders. As of 2024 they play in the Northern Championship.
Super League XXII commenced on 9 February 2017 and ended on 7 October with the Super League Grand Final. It consisted of 23 regular season games and 7 rounds of relevant play-offs following which there were two play-off semi-finals and the grand final.

The Leigh Leopards Women are a women's rugby League team based in Leigh, Greater Manchester, England. The team originally competed as the ladies' team of the Leigh Miners Rangers before an agreement between the club and the Leigh Leopards led to the rebranding of the team in late 2022. In 2022 and 2023 the team took part in the Women's Super League before the restructuring of the league which saw them compete in the 2024 Northern Championship. In 2024, they won the National Championship Final and subsequent play-off to earn promotion back to the Super League in the 2025 season.
The Salford Red Devils Women are the women's rugby league team of the Salford Red Devils in Salford, Greater Manchester, England. The team was established in 2021 and competed in the RFL Women's Super League in 2023. As of 2024 they compete in the Northern Women's Championship.
The 2024 Women's Challenge Cup was the 12th staging of the Rugby Football League's cup competition for women's rugby league clubs. The final took place on 8 June 2024 as part of a triple-header at Wembley Stadium alongside the men's final, and the final of the 1895 Cup.
