The 2022 Thoreau Tennis Open was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor hard courts. It was the third edition of the tournament which was part of the 2022 WTA 125 tournaments. It took place at The Thoreau Club in Concord, Massachusetts between 8 and 14 August 2022.
Destanee Aiava and Lisa Mays won the title after defeating Alexandra Osborne and Jessy Rompies 5–7, 6–3, [10–6] in the final.
Choi Ji-hee and Han Na-lae were the defending champions but Choi chose not to participate. Han partnered alongside Lee Ya-hsuan, but they lost in the first round to Hiromi Abe and Riko Sawayanagi.
Hsieh Yu-chieh and Jessy Rompies were the defending champions but Hsieh chose not to participate. Rompies partnered alongside Beatrice Gumulya, but they lost in the quarterfinals to Wang Xiyu and Yuan Yue.
