Sophie Chang and Anna Danilina were the defending champions [1] but Danilina chose to compete at the 2023 National Bank Open instead. Chang partnered alongside Yulia Starodubtseva, and won the tournament after Olivia Gadecki and Mai Hontama withdrew from the final. [2]

It was the sixteenth edition of the tournament which was part of the 2023 ITF Women's World Tennis Tour. It took place in Landisville, Pennsylvania, United States between 7 and 13 August 2023.

Elena Rybakina defeated Aryna Sabalenka in the final, 6–0, 6–3 to win the women's singles tennis title at the 2024 Brisbane International. She did not lose a set en route to her sixth WTA Tour title, becoming the first player to do so at Brisbane since Victoria Azarenka in 2016. The final was a rematch of the previous year's Australian Open series final, in which Sabalenka had prevailed.

Diana Shnaider defeated the defending champion Zhu Lin in the final, 6–3, 2–6, 6–1 to win the singles tennis title at the 2024 Thailand Open. It was her first WTA Tour singles title.

Olivia Gadecki and Olivia Nicholls defeated Katarzyna Kawa and Bibiane Schoofs in the final, 6–2, 6–4 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2024 ATX Open. It was Gadecki's first WTA Tour doubles title and Nicholls' second.

Nuria Brancaccio and Lisa Pigato were the defending champions but Brancaccio chose not to participate. Pigato intended to partner alongside Georgia Pedone, but withdrew before their first round match with Yuliana Lizarazo and María Paulina Pérez.
