Bibiane Schoofs, previously known as Bibiane Weijers, is a Dutch professional tennis player.
Kiki Bertens and Johanna Larsson were the defending champions, but Bertens chose to compete in Brisbane instead and Larsson chose not to participate this year.
Greet Minnen is a Belgian tennis player. Minnen has career-high WTA rankings of world No. 59 in singles and No. 45 in doubles, achieved on 16 October 2023 and on 8 January 2024, respectively.

Laura Siegemund and Vera Zvonareva defeated Alicia Barnett and Olivia Nicholls in the final, 7–5, 6–1 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2022 WTA Lyon Open.

The 2023 L'Open 35 de Saint-Malo was a professional tennis tournament played on outdoor clay courts. It was the twenty-eighth edition of the tournament and a part of the 2023 WTA 125 tournaments. It took place at the Tennis Club JA Saint-Malo in Saint-Malo, France between 1 and 7 May 2023.
Sabrina Santamaria and Yana Sizikova defeated Lidziya Marozava and Ingrid Gamarra Martins in the final, 3–6, 6–1, [10–8] to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Morocco Open.
Viktoriya Tomova won the title, defeating Claire Liu in the final, 6–1, 6–4.
Ulrikke Eikeri and Ingrid Neel won the title by walkover after Cristina Bucșa and Alexandra Panova withdrew from the final.
Hsieh Yu-chieh and Jessy Rompies were the defending champions but Hsieh chose not to participate. Rompies partnered alongside Beatrice Gumulya, but they lost in the quarterfinals to Wang Xiyu and Yuan Yue.
