Sabrina Santamaria and Yana Sizikova defeated Lidziya Marozava and Ingrid Gamarra Martins in the final, 3–6, 6–1, [10–8] to win the doubles tennis title at the 2023 Morocco Open.

Ulrikke Eikeri and Tereza Mihalíková were the defending champions, but chose not to participate this year.

Viktoriya Tomova won the title, defeating Claire Liu in the final, 6–1, 6–4.

Ulrikke Eikeri and Ingrid Neel won the title by walkover after Cristina Bucșa and Alexandra Panova withdrew from the final.
