The 2023 McKendree Bearcats men's volleyball team represented McKendree University in the 2023 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association (MIVA) is a college athletic conference whose member schools compete in men's volleyball. The conference footprint is centered in the Midwestern United States, stretching from Missouri in the west to Ohio in the east, and also extends into North Carolina and will expand into Kentucky in the spring 2026 season. Many of the conference's schools also participate in the similarly named Midwest Intercollegiate Volleyball Association in men's volleyball at the club level.
The 2017 BYU Cougars men's volleyball team represented Brigham Young University in the 2017 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Cougars, led by second year head coach Shawn Olmstead, played their home games at Smith Fieldhouse. The Cougars were members of the MPSF and were picked to win the MPSF in the preseason poll. They reached the NCAA National Championship for the second year in a row before being swept by Ohio State. The Cougars finished the year ranked #2 in the nation.
The 2021 Lewis Flyers men's volleyball team represented Lewis University in the 2021 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Flyers, led by seventeenth year head coach Dan Friend, played their home games at Neil Carey Arena. The Flyers were members of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to win the MIVA in the preseason poll.
The 2022 Ohio State Buckeyes men's volleyball team represented Ohio State University in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Buckeyes, led by 3rd year head coach Kevin Burch, played their home games at Covelli Center. The Buckeyes are members of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to finish third in the MIVA in the preseason poll.
The 2022 Lincoln Memorial Railsplitters men's volleyball team represented Lincoln Memorial University in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Railsplitters, led by fifth year head coach John Cash, played their home games at Mary Mars Gymnasium. The Railsplitters competed as an Independent.
The 2022 Lewis Flyers men's volleyball team represented Lewis University in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Flyers, led by eighteenth year head coach Dan Friend, played their home games at Neil Carey Arena. The Flyers were members of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to finish second the MIVA in the preseason poll behind Loyola Chicago. The Flyers ended the season fourth in the MIVA, holding a 2–0 record against Ohio State as the tiebreaker, and lost in the MIVA Semifinals.
The 2022 Ball State Cardinals men's volleyball team represented Ball State University in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Cardinals, led by 1st year head coach Donan Cruz, played their home games at Worthen Arena. The Cardinals were members of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to finish fourth in the MIVA in the preseason poll.
The 2022 Loyola Ramblers men's volleyball team represented Loyola University Chicago in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Ramblers, led by 7th year head coach Mark Hulse, played their home games at Joseph J. Gentile Arena. The Cardinals were members of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to win the conference title in the MIVA in the preseason poll.
The 2022 Purdue Fort Wayne Mastodons men's volleyball team represented Purdue University Fort Wayne in the 2022 NCAA Division I & II men's volleyball season. The Mastodons, led by seventh year head coach Ryan Perrotte, played their home games at Hilliard Gates Sports Center. The Mastodons were members of the Midwestern Intercollegiate Volleyball Association and were picked to finish sixth in the MIVA in the preseason poll.
