The P. League+, pronounced as Plus League, is a Taiwanese men's professional basketball league founded in 2020.

The 2021–22 Kaohsiung Steelers season was the franchise's 1st season, its first season in the P. LEAGUE+ (PLG), its 1st in Kaohsiung City. The Steelers are coached by DeMarcus Berry in his first year as head coach.

Due to the COVID-19 pandemic in Taiwan, the draft was postponed to August 9. There were six teams joined the draft, including the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Taichung Suns, Tainan team, Taiwan Beer, and the Taoyuan Leopards. There were 58 players participated in the draft, and 17 players were chosen in 5 rounds.

The Taichung Dreamers Academy is a Taiwanese basketball team based in Taichung, Taiwan. The team is composed of amateur and student players. They competed in various basketball tournaments.

The 2022 P. League+ draft, the second edition of the draft, is scheduled to be held on July 28, 2022, at Taipei New Horizon.

The 2022 T1 League draft was the second edition of the T1 League's annual draft. It was held on July 12, 2022, at Syntrend Creative Park in Taipei City. There were six teams joined the draft, including the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Taichung Wagor Suns, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, TaiwanBeer HeroBears, and the Taoyuan Leopards. There were 44 players participated in the draft, and 14 players were chosen in 3 rounds.

There were five teams joined the draft, including the Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, Taipei Taishin Mars, and the Taiwan Beer Leopards. On July 1, the new league preparation committee announced that P. League+ and T1 League would jointly hold the united draft on July 15.

The 2024 Taiwan Based Professional Basketball League draft is a basketball league draft held by P. League+ and T1 League during the PLG–T1 League merger. The draft is scheduled to be held on July 15, 2024, replacing the 2024 PLG draft and 2024 T1 League draft which were originally scheduled respectively on July 10 and July 11. On July 8, the Taipei Fubon Braves, Taoyuan Pauian Pilots, and the Kaohsiung 17LIVE Steelers announced to quit the new league preparation for the new season of the P. League+. There are eight teams joining the draft, including the Formosa Dreamers, Hsinchu Toplus Lioneers, Kaohsiung Aquas, New Taipei CTBC DEA, New Taipei Kings, Tainan TSG GhostHawks, Taipei Taishin Mars, and the Taiwan Beer Leopards.

The 2024–25 PLG season is the 5th season of the P. League+ (PLG).
