The Antrim County Board of the Gaelic Athletic Association or Antrim GAA is one of the 32 county boards of the GAA in Ireland, and is responsible for Gaelic games in County Antrim, Northern Ireland. The county board is also responsible for the Antrim county teams.

Since 2008, the champions qualify to the Connacht Intermediate Club Hurling Championship, the winner of which progresses to the All-Ireland Intermediate Club Hurling Championship. Before 2008, the Roscommon champions qualified for the Connacht Senior Club Hurling Championship.

He played with his local club Graigue–Ballycallan, in County Kilkenny, from 1991-2009, and with Kilkenny senior inter-county hurling team from 1994 until 2002, including a period as captain. He is currently involved in skills training with the Dublin Senior Hurling team.
