The 2024 America East Conference men's soccer tournament was the postseason men's soccer tournament for the America East Conference held from November 9 through November 17, 2024. The five-match tournament took place at campus sites, with the higher seed hosting. The six-team single-elimination tournament consisted of three rounds based on seeding from regular season conference play. The defending champions were the Bryant Bulldogs, [1] [2] who were unable to defend their title. Bryant qualified for the Final but lost to Vermont 2–1. [3] [4] It was the seventh America East tournament victory for the Vermont Catamounts soccer program, and second for Head Coach Rob Dow. [5] As tournament champions, Vermont earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2024 NCAA Division I men's soccer tournament.
The top six teams in the regular season earned a spot in the tournament, with the top two seeds receiving byes into the Semifinals. A tiebreaker was required to determine the first and second seeds as New Hampshire and Vermont finished the regular season with identical 4–1–2 records. The two teams drew their regular season match 1–1 on September 28. Record against the next highest seed was the next tiebreaker. New Hampshire defeated UMBC 2–1 while Vermont lost to UMBC 1–0. Therefore, New Hampshire was the top seed. Another tiebreaker was required to determine the fifth and sixth seeds as Binghamton and NJIT finished tied with 2–3–2 regular season records. NJIT won the regular season match between the two teams on October 5, 2–1 and therefore was the fifth seed. [6]

The America East Conference (AmEast) is a collegiate athletic conference affiliated with NCAA Division I whose members are located in the Northeastern United States. The conference is headquartered in Boston, Massachusetts.
The New Hampshire Wildcats men's soccer team represents the University of New Hampshire in all NCAA Division I men's college soccer competitions. The Wildcats play in the America East Conference. They play in Wildcat Stadium in Durham, New Hampshire.
The 2014 America East men's lacrosse tournament was the 15th edition of the America East Conference men's lacrosse tournament and took place from May 1 to May 3 that year at Kenneth P. The 2021–22 Vermont Catamounts men's basketball team represented the University of Vermont in the 2021–22 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. They played their home games at the Patrick Gym in Burlington, Vermont and were led by eleventh-year head coach John Becker. They finished the season 28–6, 17–1 in America East play, to finish as regular-season champions. They defeated NJIT, Binghamton and UMBC to with the America East tournament. As a result, they received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 13 seed in the West Region where they lost in the first round to Arkansas.

The Catamounts, led by 12th-year head coach John Becker, played their home games at the Patrick Gym in Burlington, Vermont as members of the America East Conference. They finished the season 23–11, 14–2 in America East play to win the regular season championship. They defeated NJIT, Binghamton, and UMass Lowell to win the America East tournament championship. As a result, they received the conference's automatic bid to the NCAA tournament as the No. 15 seed in the East region. There they lost to Marquette.
The 2022–23 UMBC Retrievers men's basketball team represented the University of Maryland, Baltimore County in the 2022–23 NCAA Division I men's basketball season. The Retrievers, led by second-year head coach Jim Ferry, played their home games at the Chesapeake Employers Insurance Arena in Catonsville, Maryland as members of the America East Conference. They finished the season 18–14, 8–8 in America East play, to finish in a three-way tie for fourth place. As the No. 4 seed in the America East tournament, they lost in the quarterfinals to Binghamton.

It was the second victory in program history for Maine and the second for twenty-third year head coach Scott Atherly. As tournament champions, Maine earned the America East's automatic berth into the 2024 NCAA Division I women's soccer tournament.
