Jo-Wilfried Tsonga defeated Roger Federer in the final, 7–5, 7–6(7–3) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2014 Canadian Open. Tsonga became the first man to defeat Novak Djokovic, Andy Murray, and Federer in the same tournament since Rafael Nadal at the 2008 Hamburg Masters.
Bradley Klahn and Michael Venus were the defending champions, but Venus chose to compete in the ATP World Tour. Bradley Klahn played alongside Jordan Thompson and they lost in the semifinals.
Andy Murray defeated Tommy Robredo in the final, 5–7, 7–6(11–9), 6–1 to win the inaugural singles tennis title at the 2014 ATP Shenzhen Open. He saved five championship points en route to the title, in the second set.

Andy Murray defeated Novak Djokovic in the final, 6–4, 4–6, 6–3, to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2015 Canadian Open. It was Murray's first win against Djokovic since the 2013 Wimbledon final, having lost eight consecutive matches to him in that span.
Defending champion Roger Federer defeated Novak Djokovic in the final, 7–6(7–1), 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2015 Cincinnati Masters. He won the title without losing a set or having his serve broken for the second time, after 2012. It marked the first time Federer defeated the world No. 1 and No. 2 players in consecutive matches en route to a title. It was Djokovic's fifth runner-up finish without winning the title; he would eventually do so in 2018.
Roger Federer defeated Rafael Nadal in the final, 6–4, 3–6, 6–1, 3–6, 6–3 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2017 Australian Open. It was his fifth Australian Open title and record-extending 18th major title overall. Federer became the oldest men's singles major champion since Ken Rosewall at the 1972 Australian Open. Nadal was attempting to become the first man in the Open Era to achieve a double career Grand Slam.
Sam Querrey defeated Thanasi Kokkinakis in the final, 6–3, 3–6, 6–2 to win the singles tennis title at the 2017 Los Cabos Open. It was his ninth ATP Tour singles title.
John Isner defeated Alexander Zverev in the final, 6–7(4–7), 6–4, 6–4 to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2018 Miami Open. It was Isner's maiden and only Masters 1000 title, and he became the first new Miami Open champion in nine years.
John Isner was the defending champion and successfully defended his title, defeating Ryan Harrison in a rematch of the 2017 final, 5–7, 6–3, 6–4.
Michael Mmoh was the defending champion but lost in the second round to Brandon Nakashima.
Marc-Andrea Hüsler was the defending champion but lost in the semifinals to Thanasi Kokkinakis.
Thanasi Kokkinakis defeated Arthur Rinderknech in the final, 6–7(6–8), 7–6(7–5), 6–3 to win the men's singles title at the 2022 Adelaide International 2. It was his first ATP Tour title, and he won it in his hometown of Adelaide. Kokkinakis saved a match point against Marin Čilić in the semifinals.
Taylor Fritz defeated Rafael Nadal in the final, 6–3, 7–6(7–5) to win the men's singles title at the 2022 Indian Wells Masters. It was his first Masters 1000 title and second career title overall. Fritz became the first American to win the title since Andre Agassi in 2001, and ended Nadal's 20-match winning streak, dating back to the 2022 Melbourne Open.
Defending champion Matteo Berrettini defeated Filip Krajinović in the final, 7–5, 6–4 to win the singles tennis title at the 2022 Queen's Club Championships and successfully defend his title. By winning his fourth title on grass and seventh career ATP Tour singles title overall, Berrettini became the first player in the Open Era to claim the title in their first two appearances at the tournament. Krajinović had never earned a tour-level win on grass before the tournament and was contesting for his first career title in his fifth final.
Thanasi Kokkinakis and Nick Kyrgios defeated Jason Kubler and John Peers in the final, 7–6(7–4), 7–5 to win the doubles tennis title at the 2022 Atlanta Open.
Daniil Medvedev defeated the defending champion Cameron Norrie in the final, 7–5, 6–0 to win the singles tennis title. It was his 14th career ATP Tour title, his first of the season, and his first since the 2021 US Open eleven months earlier.
Kwon Soon-woo defeated Roberto Bautista Agut in the final, 6–4, 3–6, 7–6(7–4) to win the men's singles tennis title at the 2023 Adelaide International 2. It was his second ATP Tour singles title, and he became just the tenth man in ATP Tour history to win a title as a lucky loser.
Rinky Hijikata and Jason Kubler defeated Hugo Nys and Jan Zieliński in the final, 6–4, 7–6(7–4) to win the men's doubles tennis title at the 2023 Australian Open. Awarded a wildcard into the tournament, Hijikata and Kubler saved a match point en route to the title, in their third round match against Tomislav Brkić and Gonzalo Escobar. Nys became the first ever Monegasque player to reach the semifinal and final of a major.
