The following is a list of squads for each national team competing at the 2024 CAFA U-20 Championship. The tournament will take place in Kyrgyzstan, between 5 and 12 July 2024. It will be the second U-20 age group competition organised by the Central Asian Football Association.
Players born between 1 January 2005 and 31 December 2007 are eligible to compete in the tournament. Each team had to register a squad of minimum 18 players and maximum 23 players, minimum three of whom must have been goalkeepers. The full squad listings are below.
The age listed for each player is as of 5 July 2024, the first day of the tournament.

The Kyrgyzstan national football team, officially recognised by FIFA and AFC as Kyrgyz Republic, represents Kyrgyzstan in international football and is controlled by the Kyrgyz Football Union, a member of the Asian Football Confederation (AFC) and Central Asian Football Association.
The Turkmenistan women's national football team is the women's national football team of the country of Turkmenistan. The team was established in 2016, and is controlled by the Football Federation of Turkmenistan (TFF).

The 2020 CAFA U-19 Women's Futsal Championship was the first edition of the CAFA U-19 Women's Futsal Championship, the international youth futsal championship organized by the CAFA for the women's under-19 national teams of Central Asia. Tajikistan hosted the tournament from 24 to 29 January 2022. All CAFA six members' teams played in the tournament, with players born on or after 1 January 2001 eligible to participate.
The 2023 AFC U-20 Asian Cup will be an international football tournament that wil be held in Uzbekistan from 1 to 18 March 2023. The sixteen participating national teams were required to register a squad of a minimum of 18 and a maximum of 23 players, including at least three goalkeepers. Only players in these squads are eligible to take part in the tournament. The tournament exclusively requires players to be born between 1 January 2003 and 31 December 2007 to be eligible, that is, they must be a maximum of 20 years old and at least 16 years old by the end of the calendar year in which the competition is played.

The 2023 CAFA U-17 Championship was the inaugural edition of CAFA U-17 Championship, the international youth football championship organized by Central Asian Football Association for the men's under-17 national teams of Central Asia. The tournament was held from August 18th to 28th in Hisor, Tajikistan. During the eight-day round-robin event, five nations competed for the title, each playing once before the final matchday on August 27th.

It was the first CAFA tournament to implement video assistant referees (VAR).
