The 2024 Olympic Wrestling Pan American Qualification Tournament was the first regional qualifying tournament for the 2024 Summer Olympics. The event was held from 28 February to 1 March 2024, at Expo Mundo Imperial in Acapulco, Mexico. [1]
Thirty-six athletes secured a spot in the 2024 Summer Olympics, in Paris. Two spots were given to each weight class. Quota places are allocated to the respective NOC and not to the competitor who achieved the place in the qualification event.

Mexico competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 5 to 21 August 2016. This was the nation's twenty-third appearance at the Summer Olympics. The Mexican Olympic Committee sent the nation's largest delegation to the Games since 1972, with a total of 124 athletes, 80 men and 44 women, competing across 26 sports.
Venezuela competed at the 2016 Summer Olympics in Rio de Janeiro, Brazil, from 5 to 21 August 2016. It was the nation's eighteenth consecutive appearance at the Summer Olympics.
Buse Tosun Çavuşoğlu is a Turkish world-champion freestyle wrestler. She won the gold medals at the 2023 World Wrestling Championships, and at the 2024 European Wrestling Championships. She also won one of the bronze medals in the women's 68 kg event at the 2024 Summer Olympics in Paris, France.

Pool Edison Ambrocio Greifo is a Peruvian wrestler. In March 2020, he won the silver medal in the freestyle 86 kg event at the 2020 Pan American Wrestling Championships held in Ottawa, Canada.
Yosvanys Peña Flores is a Cuban Greco-Roman wrestler. At the Pan American Wrestling Championships he won the gold medal in the 77 kg event both in 2019 and in 2020. He also represented Cuba at the 2020 Summer Olympics held in Tokyo, Japan.
Agustín Alejandro Destribats is an Argentine freestyle wrestler who currently competes at 65 kilograms. A three-time South American champion, Destribats qualified to represent Argentina at the 2020 Summer Olympics when he defeated three–time NCAA Division I National champion Zain Retherford at the 2020 Pan American Olympic Qualification Tournament.
Hannah Fay Taylor is a Canadian freestyle wrestler. Taylor competed for Canada at the 2019 Pan American Games, and at the Pan American Wrestling Championships she won the silver medal in 2019 and 2020. She won one of the bronze medals in the women's 57 kg event at the 2022 Commonwealth Games held in Birmingham, England. She is a member of the women's wrestling team at Brock University in St. Catharines, Ontario.
