The 2024 Women's U18 Volleyball European Championship will be the 16th edition of the Girls' Youth European Volleyball Championship, a biennial international volleyball tournament organised by the European Volleyball Confederation (CEV) the girls' under-18 national teams of Europe. The tournament will be held in Romania and Greece from 1 to 13 July 2024. [1] [2] [3]
Originally, Cyprus and Greece were given the hosting rights together on 12 October 2022. [4] However, Cyprus withdrew and Romania took their place as a co-host on 13 February 2024. [5]
This competition is the first that a team from Lithuania has qualified for a CEV event. [6] [7]

The European Beach Volleyball Championship is a unisex sport competition for national teams in the sport of beach volleyball. The championship is held annually by the CEV.
Ana Živojinović is a professional volleyball player from Serbia, who was a member of the Serbia women's national volleyball team that won the gold medal at the 2011 European Championship in Serbia and Italy. At club level, she plays for OK Crvena zvezda Belgrade in Serbian Volley league.
The Latvia men's national volleyball team represents Latvia in international men's volleyball competitions and friendly matches. It is governed by the Latvian Volleyball Federation and takes part in international volleyball competitions.

Mitar Djuric or Dimitris Tzourits is a Serbian-Greek male volleyball player. He competed at the 2011 FIVB Volleyball Men's Club World Championship with Trentino Volley.
Petya Barakova is a Bulgarian volleyball player, playing as a setter. She is part of the Bulgaria women's national volleyball team.
Tonček Štern is a Slovenian volleyball player who plays for Olympiacos and the Slovenia national team. With Slovenia, he was the runner-up of the European Volleyball Championship in 2019 and 2021.
Katerina Zakchaiou is a Cypriot female professional volleyball player, member of the Cyprus women's national volleyball team. At club level, she plays for Italian club Pro Victoria Monza.

The tournament was held in Bulgaria from 13 to 21 April 2018.
The Greece men's national under-19 volleyball team represents Greece in international men's volleyball competitions and friendly matches under the age 19 and it is ruled by the Hellenic Volleyball Federation body that is an affiliate of the Federation of International Volleyball FIVB and also part of the European Volleyball Confederation CEV.
The 2020 Boys' U18 Volleyball European Championship was the 14th edition of the Boys' Youth European Volleyball Championship, organised by Europe's governing volleyball body, the CEV. Originally, the tournament was scheduled to be hosted jointly by Italy and Greece, but the latter gave up the hosting right. The tournament was held in Lecce and Marsicovetere, Italy from 5 to 13 September 2020. The top six teams of the tournament qualified for the 2021 FIVB Volleyball Boys' U19 World Championship as the CEV representatives.

The 2023 Women's European Volleyball Championship was the 33rd edition of the Women's European Volleyball Championship, organised by Europe's governing volleyball body, the Confédération Européenne de Volleyball. For the third consecutive time, it was held in four countries: Belgium, Estonia, Germany and Italy. The top three teams of the tournament qualified for the 2025 FIVB Volleyball Women's World Championship as the CEV representative, except Serbia who had already qualified as the defending world champions.
