The 2025 Air Canada flight attendants' labour dispute refers to an ongoing dispute between 10,000 flight attendants and their union, the Canadian Union of Public Employees (CUPE) and Air Canada. [1]

The previous collective bargaining agreement between Air Canada and CUPE (representing the flight attendants) was a 10-year agreement which ended in March 2025. [2]
