Hot Space is the tenth studio album by the British rock band Queen. It was released on 4 May 1982 by EMI Records in the United Kingdom and by Elektra Records in the United States. Marking a notable shift in direction from their earlier work, they employed many elements of disco, funk, R&B, dance, pop and new wave music on the album. This made the album less popular with fans who preferred the traditional rock style they had come to associate with the band. Queen's decision to record a dance-oriented album germinated with the massive success of their 1980 hit "Another One Bites the Dust" in the US.

The Fight was an English pop punk band, founded in 2000 in Dudley, West Midlands, England. The band consisted of singer and guitarist Kate Turley, drummer Jack Turley, Scott Milner also on guitar and bassist Tom Calder. In 2002, New Found Glory's road crew overheard them busking outside a gig in Leicester. When New Found Glory’s guitarist, Chad Gilbert, heard their record he invited them to open for them in London and took their demo back to his label. They were signed by Fat Wreck Chords who put out their first EP, Home Is Where the Hate Is, in 2003. Their first album Nothing New Since Rock 'n' Roll was released in 2004 on Repossession Records. The Fight have toured the UK, Japan and the United States with bands such as Rancid, Yellowcard, Sugarcult, Brand New and the Starting Line and played on the Warped Tour in summer 2005. After performing with the Fight, Kate Turley and Tom Calder formed the production duo TC4.

Commoners Crown is the seventh studio album by British folk rock band Steeleye Span, released in 1975 by Chrysalis Records. It was their second album with the band's most commercially successful line-up. The album reached number 21 in the UK album charts.
Deloris were an Australian indie rock band, which formed in 1994. They released four albums, Fraulein (1999), The Pointless Gift (2000), Fake Our Deaths (2004) and Ten Lives (2006) before disbanding in 2008. Long-term members were Daniel Brimelow on drums, Simon Heelis on bass guitar and guitar, Leigh Lambert on guitar and Marcus Teague on lead vocals, guitar and keyboards. Weston is a punk rock band hailing from Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Founded in 1990, they took their name from singer Dave Weston's family, since his parents allowed them to practice in their basement. The band never found mainstream success but their energetic and irreverent live shows earned them legendary status amongst their peers as well as their fans. Following their major label debut, the band split up. It was announced on October 17, 2006, that Weston would be reuniting for three shows in late December. This led to even more reunion shows in following years and a live album released December 2009.
AC Acoustics were a Scottish indie rock band from Glasgow, formed in 1990. Over their thirteen years of existence, they released a string of singles, EPs and albums on a number of independent record labels. They split up in 2003.

19 Recordings Inc. is a New York–based record label owned by 19 Entertainment. Founded in London by British entrepreneur Simon Fuller in 1999 as the music division of 19 Entertainment, the label is one of the top record imprints as compiled by Billboard in 2012. 19 Recordings has the exclusive rights to sign contestants of the television series Idols. Since 2005, it shifted its main operations to the United States following CKX, Inc.'s acquisition of 19 Entertainment.
"Loco" is a song by American band Fun Lovin' Criminals, released as the first single from their third studio album, Loco (2001). It samples the song "Happy Anniversary" by Australian rock group Little River Band, so writing credits are given to band members David Briggs and Beeb Birtles. Fun Lovin' Criminals provided addition writing to the track and also produced it.
