25th Street Collective

The 25th Street Collective, also known as 25C, is a business incubator in Oakland, California.[ needs update ] It was founded in 2010 by Hiroko Kurihara. [1] The collective is part of the larger community engaged in the Oakland Art Murmur project. [2] Since the 2010s, the 25th Street Collective has continued operating as a maker-focused incubator centered on sustainable fashion and artisan goods. Local grants have supported programming that develops garment manufacturing and maker education initiatives in Oakland. [3] [4]
