The 30th Missouri Infantry Regiment, also known as the Shamrock Regiment was an infantry regiment that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. It was a sister unit to the 7th Missouri Infantry Regiment (the "Irish Seventh") and in 1864 was consolidated with a battalion of veteran volunteers of that regiment and operated as a "demi-brigade" known popularly as the "Missouri Irish Brigade".
The 30th Missouri Infantry Regiment, was organized at St. Louis Missouri in the autumn of 1862 and mustered in for three years service. It was often referred to as the "Shamrock Regiment" due to the large number of Irish immigrants who were enlisted in its ranks.

1st Indiana Cavalry Regiment, also known as the 28th Regiment of Volunteers was a cavalry unit that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. Organized in August 1861, it did most of its fighting in the state of Arkansas. The regiment was in action at Cotton Plant, Helena, Bayou Fourche, Pine Bluff, Mount Elba, and Marks' Mills. One company was detached and fought in several actions in the Vicksburg campaign. The regiment was discharged in June 1865.
Battery F, 1st Missouri Light Artillery Regiment was an artillery battery unit from Missouri that served in the Union Army during the American Civil War. The battery participated in operations in December 1861. Battery F fought at the battles of Prairie Grove and Van Buren in December 1862. The battery fought at Vicksburg, Brownsville, Mustang Island, and Fort Esperanza in 1863. The unit fought at Spanish Fort, and Fort Blakely in 1865. Battery F was mustered out on 11 August 1865.
