The 41st Tactical Air Squadron (Polish : 41 Eskadra Lotnictwa Taktycznego) was a fighter squadron of the Polish Air Force. It was established in 2001 in Malbork, Poland and was stationed at the 22nd Tactical Air Base. The squadron operated Mikoyan MiG-29 jet fighters acquired from the German Air Force. Previously, these aircraft served with Jagdgeschwader 73 and were stationed at Rostock-Laage Airport. From 1952 to 2001 the unit was known as the 41st Tactical Air Regiment. The following is the order of battle of the Polish Air Force prior to the outbreak of the Polish Defensive War of 1939. During the mobilization waves of March and August of that year, all peace-time units were deployed to airfields throughout the country and attached to respective commands of Air Force, Naval Air Service and squadrons supporting each of the Polish armies. In the last stages of the air campaign, whole units coordinated all actions in the fight against the invaders.

In 2008 the unit was fused with the 6th Tactical Squadron and the 31st Air Base. Those three units were transformed into 31st Tactical Air Base unit.

It is one of the two bases where Poland's F-16 fighters are stationed, the other being 31st Air Base. 9 of them were first moved there in October 2008. The goal is to have 16 fighters, operated by the 10th Tactical Squadron.

Katarzyna Tomiak-Siemieniewicz is a captain in the Polish Air Force and the first Polish woman to become a fighter pilot. She currently flies the MiG-29 at the 22nd Tactical Air Base near Królewo Malborskie in northern Poland.
