5th & Missouri station is a light rail station on the Red and Blue lines of the St. Louis MetroLink system. [5] This at-grade station is located in the former 5th Street right-of-way between Broadway and Missouri Avenue in downtown East St. Louis, Illinois.
The station also serves as a MetroBus transfer and features 322 park and ride spaces.
In 2023, the area between the bus bays and MetroLink entrance was updated with landscaping and other elements in a “City of Champions” theme, including a large shade structure, seating, a gathering space, and artwork. The fifth "Transit Stop Transformation" project to be completed, it was unveiled on July 25, 2023 by Citizens for Modern Transit, AARP in St. Louis, and Metro Transit in partnership with several local agencies. The island platform is accessed via a single ramp on its east end that connects to the bus boarding area.

MetroLink is a light rail system that serves the Greater St. Louis area. Operated by Metro Transit in a shared fare system with MetroBus, the two-line, 38-station system runs from St. Louis Lambert International Airport and Shrewsbury in Missouri to Scott Air Force Base in Illinois. Intermediate destinations include downtown Clayton, Forest Park, and downtown St. Louis. It is the only U.S. light rail system to cross state lines.
Metro Transit is an enterprise of the Bi-State Development Agency and operates public transportation services in the St. Louis region. In 2023, the system had an annual ridership of 19,528,200, or about 57,500 per weekday as of the first quarter of 2024.
North Hanley station is a light rail station on the Red Line of the St. Louis MetroLink system. This at-grade station is located near the intersection of North Hanley Road and Interstate 70 and primarily serves North County commuters with a large MetroBus transfer and 1,731 park-and-ride spaces.

Additionally, the station adjoins the Gateway Multimodal Transportation Center which has intercity services provided by Amtrak, Greyhound, and others.

Shrewsbury–Lansdowne I-44 station is a light rail station on the Blue Line of the St. Louis MetroLink system. This station is located on an embankment near Lansdowne Avenue and River Des Peres Boulevard in St. Louis near its boundary with Shrewsbury in St. Louis County. The city limits between the two communities runs through the northern portion of the 800 space park and ride lot.
College station is a light rail station on the Red Line of the St. Louis MetroLink system. This at-grade station serves Southwestern Illinois College on the eastern edge of Belleville, Illinois. It is also features MetroBus service and 623 park and ride spaces.

Emerson Park station is a light rail station on the Red and Blue lines of the St. Louis MetroLink system. The Gateway Multimodal Transportation Center, also known as Gateway Station, is a rail and bus terminal station in the Downtown West neighborhood of St. Louis, Missouri. Opened in 2008 and operating 24 hours a day, it serves Amtrak trains and Greyhound and Burlington Trailways interstate buses. Missouri's largest rail transportation station, it is located one block east of St. Louis Union Station.
