The Sixth ARMM Regional Legislative Assembly was a meeting of the unicameral regional legislature of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). [1]

Contents

The meeting was headed by Rejie Sahali-Generale who was speaker until July 5, 2010, when she became Acting Vice Governor of the ARMM. From that date Ronnie Sinsuat served as speaker of the assembly. [2]

The Fifth ARMM Regional Legislative Assembly was a meeting of the unicameral regional legislature of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. The convening of the 5th Regional Legislative Assembly follows the 2005 ARMM elections, which replaced the entire membership of the Regional Legislative Assembly.

Ismael "Pochong" Abubakar Jr was a Filipino politician who served as the first speaker of the Regional Legislative Assembly of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao. In 1988 he served as the Vice Governor of Tawi-Tawi, and in 1990 was elected to the ARMM Regional Legislative Assembly, where he served as its first speaker. Ismael Pochong Abubakar Jr died in June 2017.

The Ninth ARMM Regional Legislative Assembly was the last meeting of the unicameral regional legislature of the Autonomous Region in Muslim Mindanao (ARMM). Due to the ratification of the Bangsamoro Organic Law creating the Bangsamoro Autonomous Region which replaced the ARMM, the election of legislators for a tenth meeting of the assembly was cancelled.
