A. L. Ramesh is an Indian film editor, who has worked on Tamil and Telugu films. He has often collaborated on ventures associated with directors Samuthirakani and Sasikumar. Before entering into film industry he worked in the Tamil serial industry. Especial Chitti a serial from Radaan Media Works [1] [2] For his work in Naadodigal (2009), he received a nomination from the Vijay Awards for Best Editor. [3] (2014) won Tamilnadu state award for Best Editor (film Nimirndhunil)

Naadodigal (transl. Vagabonds) is a 2009 Indian Tamil-language action drama film written and directed by Samuthirakani and produced by S. Michael Rayappan under banner of Global Infotainment. The film stars Sasikumar along with Vijay Vasanth and Bharani, while Ananya and Abhinaya made their debut in Tamil and Malaysia-based Shanthini Deva enacting the lead female roles and Ganja Karuppu playing a pivotal role, providing comical relief.

<i>Sambho Siva Sambho</i> 2010 Indian film

Sambho Siva Sambho is a 2010 Indian Telugu-language action drama film directed by Samuthirakani. It stars Ravi Teja, Allari Naresh, Siva Balaji, Priyamani, Abhinaya, and Surya Teja. This film is a remake of the director's 2009 film Naadodigal. The film released on 14 January 2010 to mixed responses from critics. Despite mixed reviews, the film performed well as the audience gave a thumbs up and was declared a box office hit. The film was later dubbed in Hindi as Mera Krodh in 2012.
